Martyrs Mirror: Sicke Snyder's Execution Converts Menno Simons (First Dutch Anabaptist Martyr)

In 1531, Sicke Snyder was executed because he had been rebaptized as an adult. His execution made him the first anabaptist martyr in the Netherlands, and was reported about far and wide. A Catholic Priest named Menno Simons heard about Snyder's execution and began to question infant baptism. This was an important step in Menno's ultimate conversion to Anabaptism, who will then go on to establish the Mennonites.

Just recently received the 1968 reprintimg of this book. It's massive! I have only read the preface and introduction so far, but i can tell it's going to be quite an educational adventure.
