    Welcome to my Health Journey Update! The New Me in 2023. It's the lowest weight I have been in for over 20+ years. It was an awesome end to 2022 as far as my health journey. So excited to see 2023.
    I am happy to report I had no weight gain through my birthday, Christmas, my husband's birthday or New Year's. I celebrated and didn't miss a moment of excitement. I lost another 3.2 pounds putting my total weight loss at 82.4 pounds.
    I've officially found my hips in the New Year of 2023 best gift ever. Never felt better. So it's officially the time to incorporate some activity now. So we are going to start moving and grooving and will report and record my exercise plan in the next upcoming video as well as doing what I eat in a day videos.
    What do I eat in a day? I eat 5 planned snacks and 1 meal of protein and veggies. Each of my snacks is preplanned and takes only 2 minutes to grab and fix. I eat every 2 1/2 - 3 hours during the day and eat my big meal before 7 - 8 PM at the latest. Watch for more details coming and feel free to contact me for any help or information.
