- A full week of workouts!
My split included
3 runs: 1 long easy run two interval or tempo style
2 Hyrox sessions HARDDD but we never gave up
3 Strength sessions: pull and hammies, quads and delts and upper
Its been a week of experimenting and trying to find flow, especially as my body is still in recovery mode! on to the next week another week of being better!!
