Thanks for the comment! Do you own an RDX? If so, what color and trim do you have? Yes, adaptive dampers are really nice! Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
Thanks for the comment! It’s definitely not the most I’ve ever seen! I hear you, though, some people dislike it because it collects dust and fingerprints!
I know Acura recommends premium fuel for the RDX but I wonder how the engine will respond should you have to fill up with 87 or 89 octane gasoline, any thoughts on that.? Great review bye the way.
Wow! Thanks for the comment & feedback! Yes, 91 octane is recommended, so you could technically fill up on the lower octanes, but you will experience some loss of performance and fuel efficiency. Not to mention long term any other potential service issues that could arise. With that said, better off following the recommendation of 91 or 93 (where available)! Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Do you currently drive a RDX? Yeah, it’ll be interesting to see what future upgrades make it in! Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
Type-S with 3.0 l engine or Sport Hybrid would be great of course! It might change and improve Acura situation even more. Also would like to see more colour combinations from Acura ( interior/exterior )
@@Drive_Culture that might be not only new one, but e.g. I want a white A-Spec Advance car( most expensive ), but with orchid interior or any other that Acura offers for other colors or trims(brown, grey). But paying for most expensive trim there are only black & red options to choose from. For me it is strange as manufacturer only has to change panels & seats cover. As a new colour would be great to have ginger or ginger-brown interior, as BMW has
Beautiful vehicle. But they need a touch screen. and they need an option to a different color seat for this term. Everybody don't want blood red seats in a Aspec
Thanks for the comment! Several people have commented about wanting a touchscreen! There are a few interior color options (ebony, orchid & red), just depends on which exterior color you get! Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
Super good review. I have a ‘24 A-Spec and chose this over the competitors, not because I’m an uninformed consumer but because the value is that good. My only headache is the mpg
Wow! Thanks for the comment & feedback! What color combo is your RDX? Yeah the car loves to be driven in the mid-range rpm where turbo boost kicks in, so MPGs can suffer if you’re not careful! 😂 Hope you subscribed to come back for more! 👍🏾
First! Great review and my friend has a 2020 RDX aspec and it’s great but heard Acura has a new compact crossover coming out and I’m like why? Market has too many these days killing the small cars and sedans for people on a budget. Glad the Integra is back with a manual (at least for now??)
Wow! Thanks for the comment & feedback! How’s your friend liking their RDX? What color combo do they have? Yeah the new ADX is coming soon and that will slot a size below the RDX! Agree with you though, happy that there are still some great cars in sedans, even with manual transmissions!
@ White exterior and can’t remember the interior color on RDX. They have no complaints. The HRV used to have a manual on base on 1st gen, they might as well offer it as an option on a compact crossover. I mean I get it with new hybrids and CVT’s being more efficient but more fun? Hardly.
Thanks for the comment! Are you talking about during the drive? That’s probably just my camera mount moving and making noise! 🤦🏾♂️ The vehicle itself is great! Hope you subscribe to come back for more! 👍🏾
Thanks for the comment! Comparing new to used is apples to oranges! You might be able to get a 22 MDX Type S Technology package for that price with decent miles though! Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
Yeah that would be more ideal.... But hold on to your wallet with respect to MPGs!! I have a 22 MDX Advance, wrestling with leasing a new 25 RDX A=Spec Advance, or a 25 MDX A=Spec Advance or buy my 22 outright from Acura Financial at lease end (Feb 2025)for $38,000 including taxes with 22.4K miles on the clock. If the new RDX had the new Touchscreen - No Brainer for me. Don't really need a 3 Row SUV , but I do truly enjoy my 22 MDX which has been Trouble free for over 3 years. Great Ride, Handling, Comfort, Looks, but 13-14 MPGs in Suburbia is disappointing.
Thanks for the comment! The J35 V6 is a great engine! What color is your TLX? If you haven’t already, be sure to check out our newer TLX videos as well! Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
You can’t control climate from the second row?! What?!!! It is a huge mistake from Acura. It seems to me I saw this feature on RDX before🤔and power steering wheel
Thanks for the comment! Yeah there’s not a “tri-zone” climate system in the RDX, but you do get that in the larger MDX! Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
Moreover, I can't get over that Acura did NOT again include a Power adjustable steering column?? I have had that in my last 6 cars (4 Infinitis, 19 MDX and now a 22 MDX). That works so great with the Auto Entry and Auto exit feature = moving the steering wheel up and the seats back to exit, and Vice Versa when you get in and hit Start!!
@Chiroman527 Hope you think the same of Volvo XC60 as they also don't have power adjusting steering column and it get significantly more expensive than the RDX.
Like the mdx the rdx performs above its weight class & is right on the heels of vehicles costing twice as much the color you a lso see on honda hrv & crv
Thanks for the comment! Yep, totally agree! You’d have to spend a lot more for any of the German brands to get the same level of performance & features! Do you like the Urban Gray color?
Thanks for the comment! Based on your feedback, I’m guessing you’re choosing another vehicle in this segment! Which one are you going with and why? Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
@ it’s not me, sales peaked at over 60k units with the last generation. They sold 40k last year and on pace for 44k this year. Even mazda is vastly better now
Poor quality versus what? The RDX uses real metal. wood and leather. The plastics are as much quality as or better than any other in this segment. The powertrain and performance are solid.
@ tons of recalls, sunroof shattering, electronics not working, headlights not working, cheap cracked leather, drivetrain issues all acuras made in ohio lol
Thanks!
Wow! Thanks a lot for the amazing support! 🙌🏾
Great review! Useful, informative, calm!👍🏼 Thank you!
Wow! Thanks for the nice comment and feedback! Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
I like the RDX. And I like the active dampening suspension feature, for added comfort.
Thanks for the comment! Do you own an RDX? If so, what color and trim do you have? Yes, adaptive dampers are really nice! Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
All that interior gloss on the center console is insane.
Thanks for the comment! It’s definitely not the most I’ve ever seen! I hear you, though, some people dislike it because it collects dust and fingerprints!
acura is premium and doesn’t know what luxury is

Dont do it, causes pre detonation which can damage the engine.
@ProjectMore69 stop it. Smh
@@malnorfleet4925 Stop telling the truth? No thanks nitwit.
Thanks for review. Ill wait for the 2026-27....see if they make additional upgrades...speaker upgrades, etc not enough to make me buy it now😢

This cars beautiful
Thanks for the comment! Yes, I think the RDX looks great especially in this color combination! Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
Need the 6 cylinder, better info systen

The dash in the front of the passenger seat is shaking and making noise. Seems odd for a new vehicle
