@tanjiro_simp. no court just rips a child from there mother, mothers are most likely to win custody disputes if there doing what a mother's suppose to do. it's even more rare for them to lose sole custody and to only get supervised visits They have to have a history of addiction have a history of abuse or neglect of some kind it doesnt happen when there doing everything right . When I here a mother lost sole custody of their kid my first thought isn't it's the courts fault, its what did she put before her kid that led to her losing them.

Ms. Mason should be commended for taking care of her six children. That young woman should be supported because if she can do this on her own, imagine what she could do with support.
Meanwhile the man that took her as his wife and brought more children into the world wasn’t asked if he had a job, or if he was in school. I wonder why? And the grandmother made it clear she would support them. Where is the accountability?

I have to remind my sons who are 54 and 51 now, with the boys some getting married and some engaged, at no point when they bring a girlfriend home, do you say or even hint, that you do not like their choice of girlfriend, you welcome them with open arms and genuinely care for them, it will fall apart of itself, but if you have parental opposition that’s a recipe to push them together.

I really hope the guy in the second case doesn't let his kid go. He IS the father because he loves him. I hope he and the mom are able to co-parent!

In the second case I feel sorry for the dad and the child because it’s obvious the mom was not fit to take care of the child because the court awarded custody to the guy and now the child has to go with the unfit parent

You right but no one told him to sign tho 😢. Paternity charges definitely needs to apart of system the way these dusty egg donors be doing these good fathers

@@shortsweetness876 So if you sign up to a fraudulent investment scheme do they not arrest the culprit? They do right? But you are also right. Considering how many cases out there like this one. Men need to demand a paternity test and laws changes that demand it even if they were married. These kind of things happens way too often for the laws to remain as is.

I love this show because it continues to show fathers, especially Black fathers, in a positive light. There are dads out here fighting with everything for their children. Just like a dad would.

The judge handles these cases so well. I love the fact that not one of them can fool her. Love to watch.
