When I here a mother lost sole custody of their kid my first thought isn't it's the courts fault, its what did she put before her kid that led to her losing them.

Ms. Mason should be commended for taking care of her six children. That young woman should be supported because if she can do this on her own, imagine what she could do with support.
Meanwhile the man that took her as his wife and brought more children into the world wasn’t asked if he had a job, or if he was in school. I wonder why? And the grandmother made it clear she would support them. Where is the accountability?

But that let me know he’s an irresponsible mama’s boy, playing part time dad.

That father in case #2 didn't seem, to me at least, to understand that by law he was the child's son, but by doing the DNA at his own request, he could cause himself to lose custody of him. I think that the judge should have explained that better. That was a sad one.

Case #3, regardless of the baby's paternity, NEVER have a baby to solve adult problems. That's too much responsibility for a newborn baby to start its life and it goes downhill from there.

While men can use birth control or get a vasectomy bottom line it's the woman who has ultimate control of her fertility. If you're out cheating with other men while you are trying to have a baby with your husband and don't control your fertility, this is exactly what happens. Both of them are dead wrong in their behavior but the female in relationships have the ultimate control of who impregnates them. This whole thing is wrong and messy and the child will, as always, pay the price. She's acting like she's the victim. JFC

That’s no one’s business but hers so if she wants to have ten , she can. That was so rude and out of pocket coming from the judge. Deliver the dna results and keep your other opinions to yourself. She's 24 with 6 kids, uneducated, unemployed and at she has all these male friends, that indicates she's slewping with them to help financially. She can't give her children stability nor a good role model. She is helping her. She needs to get therapy and get an education, to be a better mother and woman.

Considering how many cases out there like this one. Men need to demand a paternity test and laws changes that demand it even if they were married. These kind of things happens way too often for the laws to remain as is.
