I think greek yogurt would be a great alternative to sour cream. It's more sour than regular yogurt and thicker - a nice balance with that yummy but super sweet condensed milk.
Tip to stop 🛑 Apples from turning brown is to put 1-2 teaspoons of salt into a bowl of cold tap water slice your apples into wedges or fine slices and put them into the salted water allow to sit for 1-3 minutes then remove rinse them under cold water and serve perfect for kids lunchboxes or fruit platters also use apples for example pink lady apples and not red delicious apples 🍎 the reason why I prefer pink lady apples is because they are not a overly sweet apple which red delicious are sweet it’s the sugar’s that are in the apples that cause them to go brown so try this next time Apple’s are in season Oh before I go you won’t taste the salt only if you haven’t rinsed them enough

I’ve never been a big fan of glass juicer’s as the middle part the reamer has more of a curved surface and it makes it hard for you to juice but things changed when my 40 year old glass juicer came to it’s demise 😢 so I bought a cheap plastic juicer bought it for $3 AUD and it’s the best thing since sliced bread as the reamer is really pointed and it gets every bit of juice outta the citrus and personally I hate the squeezer that you put half of lemon ( any citrus) in and squeeze unfortunately it not only squeezes the juice but it also squeezes the pith the real bitter part and when I either drink the juice or use it in deserts ect all I can taste is the pith so I highly suggest trying a cheap plastic juicer the type that has a jug under it Aussie gal is in the kitchen hanging with Tammy and Chris ❤❤❤
