He said, "Men hang out with women for one of four reasons: it is a woman he has had sex with, is having sex with, wants to have sex with, or is related to."
Women are relationship orientated. Long conversations leads to attachments. They then start fantasizing and comparing their partners to the idea of the male friend. Men, we need respect. If we have a female friend who respect and admire us more then our spouse, that too leads to problems
I agree with Rich Owens. It is all about boundaries. I have a couple of male friends (one that passed away last year and and I loved him like a brother so it was very painful) They feel like brothers to me. They treat me like a sister. Amen Hasani. Hiding this friendship is so wrong. As a friend, you have to respect their boundaries AND their relationship too.
Boundaries Up!!! Opposite Sexes can attract. Be careful!!! It can turn....Never Say Never!!!! Your Spouse Should be Your Best Friend. Other women need to be kept at a distance. Your wife should know about All females unrelated to you that you are having close relationships with. And vice versa. Keep That Safety Catch on. If She/He isn't Your Spouse's Friend THEY SHOULDNT BE YOURS. Leave & Cleave.
Question why a single straight or married man is pursuing a "friendship" with a married woman, for the male, it's always a physical consideration, if the opportunity presents itself, that "friendship" is disposable, woman are so gullible, if the wife has a value on the friendship, she should be able to qualify without the "mind your own business" attitude or gaslighting the obvious.
