My sister showed me how she makes her pork chops from time to time. She browns the chops then puts them in a baking dish. Then she tops them with sauerkraut and brown sugar. Then she bakes them for 30 to 40 minutes. They're fantastic! I make them several times a year. I love sauerkraut on most everything.

Nice to see your post. Thank you for posting those northern lights pics. We live kind of within city limits so there's lots of street lights. Also, we had cloud cover. We did get to see a pretty rainbow yesterday from our kitchen window. So we had that.
I didn't do much for Mothers Day I head from my son and my sister and did my nails and ordered take out. I usually go clothes shopping and a movie but I didn't feel up to it this year. Monday I did go see the Planet of the Apes movie. No spoilers but go to the rest room first; it's a long one.

Awww, Miss Kitty is a beautiful old lady, it is hard to imagine but maybe her long journey here is coming to an end they do have a change of habits, how they act, their eating and litterbox will change, and they prefer to be more quiet and want more attention, all of this because they can't physically speak to us so they act it out....
I think we all can agree that the pork chop dinner looked divine!!!!! I just love seeing you and your dad together-makes my heart happy-so refreshing.
