It was 2 packs of the knorr Parmesan noodles and when liquid comes to boil I toss some frozen veggies in at the same time I put the knorr stuff in there.

Flowers beautiful. Homemade sourdough, sounds beyond delicious! Too old for "woman stuff', it's just old age stuff!!! Your food always looks soooo good. So tired of frozen microwave meals, can't cook much these days.Need larger air fryer. Don't like to use oven,afraid of falling into it !!!! Take care of yourself,Dad and Miss Kitty. I love your videos so much, I hate when they end. Would love them to be longer 😊. Your peonies are beautiful. How do you get them to last? Also do you ever find they have ants in them? Every time I cut myself a bouquet they have ants and they only last a few days and the pedals start falling off. I would love to know your secret.
O.K I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS!!!!.......lol lol HOWWWW can you and your Dad eat all the good things, bread/sweets/snacks/sweet fruits and eat out with big hot meals and the leftovers later and yet you are pretty healthy and have lost weight when you go to Dr visit????? it is not fair, we need to know the secret!!
I don’t eat much at a time. I will make my plate and a few bites in I know most will get saved for later. Drink lots of water. But I have bad food aversion sometimes…my body just says no. Today was one of those days where I eat a little and seem fine and suddenly I have to grab a puke bag.

They don’t last long. The big bloom I had to toss last night but still watching the others bloom. These never had ants.
