Very low settings may be impossible because even with RT off the game uses some software RT if I'm not mistaken, so it's possible the game doesn't have any baked lighting or other lighting system. At very low settings, its possible game would appear as if it had been opened in the editor before any lights were implemented.

Problem with AW2 DLSS at 1080p there is no sharpness slider. At all. You can upgrade visuals so so much just by using ReShade and toggling on CAS + texture sharpness filter. It's pretty bad oversight but thankfully easy to fix.
What's weird is that they do have a sharpening filter but it's hidden in the config files (Check TechPowerUp's AW2 review) - I found that 0.3 sharpening at 1080p with DLSS Quality looks good. I also disabled Vignette, Depth of Field, Lens Distortion, Film Grain and Motion Blur.

Target fps should be 30 again when playing these newer unoptimized titles. Just one or two years back everyone was satisfied with 30fps just cause consoles were locked in 30. Now suddenly everyone has high standards. A game that has such enjoyable story and looks so good, doesn't need high fps. Complaining about it is just dumb in my opinion.
The 3050 has consistently been the worst value gpu out there since its release. It gets absolutely slaughtered by the RX 6600 which costs the exact same. And in most games, its even weaker than the 2060 from the previous generation. For the same price as this, you can even get a used 2070 Super which has far superior performance.
