Hi You have to download the shapefile of Munnar from the video description and upload it into the assets section in Earth Engine before running the code.
Currently, the Google Open Buildings Dataset features outlines of buildings extracted from high-resolution satellite imagery available up to the year 2023. But it lacks year-wise building footprint information.
