If the 1st gen AirPods Pro didn’t fit I’d say you still should give these a try. The extra small silicone tips are a game changer for me. I purchased the first gen three different times and ended up taking it back each time because they simply were not comfortable and did not stay in my ears. I did try all different kinds of third-party tips including the foam ones but none ever really works for me. The extra small tips that comes with the gen 2 pros fit me perfectly. I love the ANC and now they actually fit. I’m a happy camper. 😊. Also, great review. I can’t even remember how long I’ve been following your work. You never disappoint.

I’m loving the sound of the new AirPods Pro. Surprisingly, it’s been easier to get a good seal with the new AirPods Pro than the originals, maybe because of what you mentioned about wax buildup. I have ordered a pair of comply foam ear tips as well to see if those help provide an even better seal.
The Beats FitPro are great as well, but they cause ear fatigue pretty quickly. I prefer to save those for workouts and use the AirPods Pro for longer listening sessions.
I’m pretty sure this channel has had more than a million subs before, I been subscribed to this channel for at least 10 years or more, sadly I didn’t know how the algorithm works, and how all the engagement deal affects content creators, this guy is one of my favorite tech reviewers because he is not pretentious and have a non polemic style, however because of that same reason is why he hasn’t had the projection he deserves, keep up the excellent work Mark!!!
Great review, and best way to describe everything for a consumer to understand.! Now the real question, how good is the ANC vs the AirPods Max? Because those are almost 2 years old and might be the best I've heard!

Tbh I like the taps to skip a track better than the button, it takes a bit more time & focus & that can be really distracting while working or at the gym. The slide up/down for volume is clutch though along with the case speaker.
For my case I feel like the new AirPods Pro are made for me. When working out it shouldn’t be a problem since I’ll just get those 10$ ear hooks. Overall nice video! 👍

I got my AirPods Pro (1st gen) when they first came out my battery lasted only 2 maximum 3 hours. Found out Apple has a recall for the first gen AirPods Pro, lucky for me. I got both of them replaced with fresh new ones for free Ill keep them for 2 more years.

I might have to try those ear tips. That’s the main issue that I had with the Pros, no matter which ear tips I tried. They always fell out.
Great review, Mark! Have you tried Azla tips. I’ve used the Xelastec tips for a year, but Azla launched the new Max tips in June. I got them for the AirPods Pro 2 because it was time for for to get new tips anyway even if I hadn’t bought the Pro 2. The Max tips my be my new favorite. It’s too early to tell but I’m loving them. In case any is wondering Azla has half sizes. I wear MS. ANC is amazing on the Pro 2. I’ve used the Comply tips and they are good, but they breakdown too fast for me. Plus you can’t clean foam tips. 🤢

Question for everybody if you don’t have Bluetooth 5.3 on any of your devices, will you not get all the sound quality and benefits of these new AirPods?

Anyone else noticed that the new airpods support loseless audio. You can see on the slide from apple’s event that it says 48khz audio at the bottom. I would assume that means 24bit 48khz. Go to 12:57
When are you hitting 1M subs?
Does anyone make a case for the cutout for the speaker, engraving on the case, and the lanyard area? That’s been the most difficult part to find for me. And the Bluetooth 5.3 takes a long time to connect to an older radio in a car.
Only way I can use AirPods Pro is with the comply ear foam tips. Good call!

What I like about the airpods pro is that they automatically change the pressure when on an airplane. Over the ear ones don't have that.....at least my Sony's don't.

I found the secret to all AirPods because I have AirPods 2nd gen AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro and they all fall out but I fixed all the issues and the secret is to get an alcohol wipe and wipe all around your ear air dry, then use a q tip clean ear canal and I guarantee you’ll no longer have issues I can do backflips and they won’t fall out I believe they fit everyone it’s the natural oil the ears produce that make them fall out I hated all AirPods until I tried this.
You supposed to put a tips in your ears tho, but I will try cleaning around my ear before use
I know I always use a q tip it’s just I didn’t know it would greatly improve the seal in my ears but let me know if they stay in your ears bro

would you say the bass is on par with the beats fit pros?
If they follow the same treatment as the original ones they're probably less bass heavy than the Beats, more neutral than coloured if that makes sense. Beats end to emphasise the bass more given the target audience.

i really want to get the new beats fit but they don't have volume changing buttons and while working out i keep the phone in a shoulder case and using siri to reduce / increase the sound is annoying 🥲🥲🥲
