Applying voice isolation or other noise reduction strategies is something that requires a more nuanced approach than could be accomplished with a batch operation. You'll need to work on one video at a time. If time is of the essence, I'd recommend exporting the video so there is just one clip to work with on a new LumaFusion Project, open that and apply the noise reduction as you like. Do this for each video that needs it. This will likely be quicker than applying it to each clip within each video. Thanks for watching.

This is a feature that's currently only available on the iOS version of the app, as it relies on some built in functionality Apple provides which is not yet present in the Android platform. We do hope to implement something similar in the future, but until then, we apologize for the inconvenience.
The simple answer is that the iOS implementation relies on some tools in the Apple devices that are not present on Android machines. That said, our Android engineering team are working on getting this feature out there for everyone at some point. Thanks for using LumaFusion.
Hi there, our engineers continue to develop this feature, but in the meantime, I'd recommend treating the audio using a dedicated noise removal app such as Noise Eraser. Let us know how you get on, and happy editing!
Thanks for the note. That's correct--we're working steadily to bring the Android version's feature set into line with the iOS version. Look for the logo on the video thumbnail, which will tell you if the video applies specifically to your platform or not (in this case-it's an iOS only feature we're discussing, so only the Apple logo appears on the thumb). Thank you for watching, and happy editing!
Its so painful that I’m just seeing this video in 2024, One of my biggest struggles with doing videos has been audio quality, background noise being a big component. Any time is on time though!

The audio control is on the right of the screen which is a slider that moves left to right. It is called GAIN. Move left for audio lower, and right for audio higher. The sound isolation filter is at the top right of the audio editor, you might have to scroll down to find it if you are looking on a smaller screen. Thank you for your interest in this feature and enthusiasm through capital letters 😂. Caroline

Another great new feature NOT implemented for Android users! The Play Store shows 10k+ downloads all paying their $30. How about giving a lot more attention to those users who have provided a significant income? I suspect its a better opportunity for growth than the Apple users?
Yes! The 10k+ Android users should be given priority over the 85,000+ Apple users! (Sarcasm) Software implementation for Apple is easy, there are only a handful of processors and configurations that the software has to be compatible with. Android on the other hand requires your software to be compatible with 1000’s of processors and configurations. Making software work for all Android devices sometimes means that all features are not available yet. If a software designers had the option to chose which Android device their software would work with it would be easy and everything may work. The same thing has been happening for years with PC software because not all PCs are the same. The video creators should have done their homework better and pointed out that this feature is not available on all devices.
@@richardb8492 I understand that Android is more difficult for developers. However, they chose to release on the platform and take the money with promises of development. So far we still have a significantly reduced functionality at the same price as the much more feature rich Apple version.

This is a feature that's currently only available on the iOS version of the app, as it relies on some built in functionality Apple provides which is not yet present in the Android platform. We do hope to implement something similar in the future, but until then, we apologize for the inconvenience.
wy its not available for Android?
The simple answer is that the iOS implementation relies on some tools in the Apple devices that are not present on Android machines. That said, our Android engineering team are working on getting this feature out there for everyone at some point. Thanks for using LumaFusion.
Its almot perfect the only thing which is still missing in this app is video effects
We're looking into more advancements in the video effects area. We'll add a note to the request tracker for your comment. Thanks for the feedback!
WOW!!!🎉
Thanks!
How can I do it on android?
Hi there, our engineers continue to develop this feature, but in the meantime, I'd recommend treating the audio using a dedicated noise removal app such as Noise Eraser. Let us know how you get on, and happy editing!
This filter is not on android yet 😢
Thanks for the note. That's correct--we're working steadily to bring the Android version's feature set into line with the iOS version. Look for the logo on the video thumbnail, which will tell you if the video applies specifically to your platform or not (in this case-it's an iOS only feature we're discussing, so only the Apple logo appears on the thumb).
Thank you for watching, and happy editing!
Hello from an android user 😢
Hello and we're still working on more Android updates.
Yeh..😢.
@@LumaTouchOne year later?
Its so painful that I’m just seeing this video in 2024, One of my biggest struggles with doing videos has been audio quality, background noise being a big component.
Any time is on time though!
We are glad you found it now though! Thank you for your comment :)
Hello
i am from india the ❤।
It will work in Android version
Thank you for the note. We are always working to bring the Android version to feature parity with the iOS version, and the Background Noise feature remains on our wish list for the time being.

LumaFusion is available for one-time purchase from either the Apple iOS App Store or the Android/Google Play Stores.
WHERE is the audio control and WHERE is the filter! watched 10 times - useless as I you do not show where these controls are in APP!
Caroline
hello where in America you visit, America is big , from the north pole to the south pole. Please visit my town, El Lago Texas in The United States of America, south of Canada and north of The United States Mexicanos, we have Beautiful Galveston Beach, and NASA , I invited you to tour Texas USA. saludos
That's certainly a great place to visit but didn't make it there this trip.
@@LumaTouch hello please return, and visit Houston texas area you will definitely enjoy. saludos you are great
Another great new feature NOT implemented for Android users!
The Play Store shows 10k+ downloads all paying their $30. How about giving a lot more attention to those users who have provided a significant income?
I suspect its a better opportunity for growth than the Apple users?
Yes! The 10k+ Android users should be given priority over the 85,000+ Apple users! (Sarcasm)
Software implementation for Apple is easy, there are only a handful of processors and configurations that the software has to be compatible with.
Development on iOS has a major head start on Android development and it'll take time for the features to transfer.
