Glad you got a couple Partridge. One of my favorite meals. Love the color of the flooring! It looks really good. I'm glad you guys have a really nice place to enjoy the North Maine Woods. 😊
Thank you I appreciate it
Joe I really enjoy the cabin build series. I can’t hardly wait until you put out another video. Thanks
Thank you so much
What a pretty floor. This place is going to be beautiful. You do good work.
Thank you so much
That’s some really nice flooring you are installing Joe. Really nice
Thank you
No pellet marks on the patridge but an axel mark on the head. Ha ha. Good job on flooring.
haha, Shhhh
Really digging the floor bud! If we don’t have ice we might have to bring the dogs up and spend the last few days of the year chasing birds around the camp!
So true ! Thanks bud
Wicked fancy floor. That place is turning out some nice, Joe. Might be the fanciest place inside the gate. No spike-soled-boots permitted. (I thought for a moment the chop saw was going to be used to trim that partridge breast.)
Haha that would be awesome . Donnie is calling it a luxury camp now instead of just a camp !!!
Keep that footage coming, cablin's coming along nicely, and enjoy the Holiday's
Will do thank you
I really enjoy watching your cabin build joe
Glad you enjoy it!
Awesome cabin wish I could live up there love Maine!

Wonderful job there Joe

The log trucks really roll up there 😊
They own the road and drive like no one else is on them
Wish I could work that fast,, good job looks good

So that’s how it’s done, good looking flooring, nice work. Merry Christmas Joe, Donnie and the Boys!
Thanks, you too!
We have the same birds in Washington state. We call them Ruffed Grouse. We have multiple species here. Those are my favorite of all! Love the channel
My favorite too! Thanks
I really liked the Radial Arm cutting board joe!
Thank you !!! Easiest way to split a partridge breast
Got the power back after being out for 3 days. Having coffee and catching up with Joe. Great video, Bud. Thank you for allowing us to live in your adventures, vicariously through your videos. Have a great day.😊
Welcome back! Glad to hear power restored . Thank you
Great channel! Always a pleasure!! I like the premier option so I can save the video for later.

Beauty job in the flooring bud !
Thanks bud
I have to say this has by far been my favorite series Joe. I’m doing the same this year myself, finally building my dream camp. Also, a 20’x28’ camp. Bought myself some land back in 2020 and I’ve been slowly putting in a road like you guys and a pad.
Your series has helped me so much. I’m out in T24 off the mopang stream.
Thanks again for the motivation fellas!
Thank you so much I appreciate it
It's looking really good nice job
Thanks!
I absolutely love that cabin. I’m so jealous! Good luck on your partridge hunting. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Thanks for sharing.

The cabin is looking good. Great to follow along with the progress.
More to come!
@@JoeHollandFishing , I’m also in the process of building a cabin in the upper peninsula of Michigan. Should be done in late spring.
Flooring looks good Joe. At least you managed to get one bush chicken . Looking forward to the next one.
Thank you my friend.
Looks awesome joe! Ice will be here before we know it. Merry Christmas and happy new year to you and the crew joe
Really looking forward to ice
Floor looks great! Can't beat partridge few and far between this year.
So true thank you
Great job Joe...one man flooring machine.
I have put a few.of those floors down and they lay easy and look good. Looking forward to the next video. Happy holidays.

Great Video!!!! Wishing you and Donnie and Very Merry Christmas!!!!!!
Same to you! Thanks.
Great video
Thanks!
Awesome Joe I did flooring for years great job ,partridge looked great ,try skiñing it fully next time and stuff it,my mom use to do them like chicken lol it's great
I bet that’s amazing ! Thank you
great job joe. I'm liking the sound effects on the speedy clean up before the flooring went down and during install. its the little details that make a video bit different. great way to take a mundane thing like flooring not painful to watch. I just put similar flooring down in the sunroom a few months ago. its good looking stuff. We'll see how it holds up.
Thank you I wasn’t sure how people would like the edit and I’m happy to hear the feedback
Hi Joe Merry Christmas to you Donnie and family
Same to you!
I hope the cabin survived this storm on Monday without any damage.
Yessah I’m hoping too
Thanks Joe.not looking good here in ct.may have to take a trip up there.
Not ready up here yet, Pretty sloppy
Place looks great. I went to Maine to grouse hunt for the first time in October and didn’t see any birds. Definitely try it again next year.
This was the worst bird year I can ever remember
Scouting on Google Earth to find your spot. Snow machine time is coming. Hope to find your tracks this winter.
Very possible
👍🏴
Thanks bud
Finally lol
It’s about darn time
Hey Joe, that flooring went down well. Great job. Is the brand pirgo? Glad you were able to hunt and enjoy a great bush chicken meal. Cheers MT
Yes it is Pergo Outlast . Seems wicked tough and scratch resistant
Hey Joe really love the videos. Been binging on your ice fishing and ice camping. I see you switched over to the wood stove in your tent. Are you still using the buddy heater as a backup or just strictly wood stove?
I’m going to totally switch it up this season stay tuned
@@JoeHollandFishing must be going to one of the diesel heaters
Has anyone told you that you look like Matt Patricia
yes three times now.
The raccoons foxes and bobcats have devastated our quail numbers and our wild turkeys are starting to see dewending numbers
Wow need some more trappers
any ice in Maine Joe?
It’s super spotty but more coming this week
Wow that camera angle looks dark like a spruce grouse 😮
It’s a roughed
@@JoeHollandFishing oh yeah later on i saw, and said “oh Joe wouldn’t take a spruce grouse”
When we lay sod we do full half full half for starters. Why not do that on floor? Not a carpenter just wondering
Looks better to have the joints stagger like this rather than half full half full ect
Good question it would look like bricks m I basically made a starter kit for starters and it was five different length boards so all of the joints are staggered and don’t repeat until four or five wide away. It looks better and is repeatable.
Next 3 days your upper legs are going to be killing you, feel for you brother
Truth . I wore the knee pads but they ended up chaffing the heck out of the backs of my knees
Start predator hunting foxes bobcats amongst a variety of others that trappers kept at a minimum back when the birds were abundant nobody traps now so the predator numbers are to high for the bird population
Trappers are super important and an overlooked tool in population and predator control
