Campground and Festival site detecting and tips

In this video I am using the new Nokta Legend detector with the carbon shaft and the double d coils to detect a campground permission. This site was used in the 70’s for a very popular bluegrass festival that has recently been started up again in the Morrow, OH area. I show you some tips on bottle cap rejection and how to notch out annoying pull tabs, granted you will miss some treasure, but towards the end of the day when you are tired, you can just focus on the better sounds and numbers to dig. This is all v1.13 and my equipment is easy to find at Home Depot, Amazon etc.

I have a Garrett AT Max, double D coil and I believe the pinpoint spot it where the coil connects to the pole.

Yes, the double d's should pin point there. I need to bury a coin and mark it, and practice. Most all of my detectors until this one were round coils. Thanks for watching!

for a digging shovel run a root slayer great for use of planting bushes or small trees dig nice plugs with it

I really like my 18 " predator, I can use it while I am kneeling and it doesn't wear out my wrist like my Lescher digger. I was trying out my new nokta adjustable shovel on this vid. Kinda heavy, but works well. I also have a grave digger, but the angle on the shovel head tends to hold clay dirt on it when digging in my area.

Buried under 2 and a half feet of snow so riding with the lucky ones who can dig GL also for the future in your blue tooth setting when you change to 1 for head phones you can set it to 2 and have head set and speaker working so we can hear along with you...... Cheers

live in a house built in 1890 with run running nokta all the detectors have past over this target mine lab etrac hard one to learn minelab 600 garett at pro with 13 inch coil that 40 khz does make a difrence

That bottle cap reject won't work on the aluminum screw cap bottle caps. That only works for the kind you take off with a bottle opener.
Looks like your on a cool spot with some good potential!
