You can see how emotional it was for everyone and how beautifully Emma delivered it.....a jewel of a moment

Notice in every song she sings, she NEVER looks at the lyrics monitor which is behind the rest. In all her songs. This means she is dedicated to learning the song by heart which in itself is an amazing feature.

Emma is a UA-camr with 3.98 mlj followers. She is very popular in India if she is put a new cover online, then she have more then 20k views in one hour.
There's also Davina Michelle started as UA-camr and still is, but yesterday she did a performance in the break of the Eurovision song contest for more then 182 mlj TV viewers in Europe.
Floor said she can never sing this song without crying at the end...there's a fan cam version out in YT land where she's singing it (she signs it at a higher register than Emma did) and she breaks at the end.
This was played at the funeral of my sister after her 15 month long battle with cancer. She stood strong all those months. I can not listen to this song without crying. I am so proud of her.

The performance here is such an onion chopper. Seriously, I still haven't watched, or listened to this without crying. Gets me every time.
Emma leaves me with wet cheeks every time with this. She went on in 2020 to win the vote for "Best Dutch Act 2020" from the Dutch MTV awards. She has taken her place as the star she truly deserves to be.

I always tear up when I see Floor getting emotional, you’re not alone.
I hadn't got the guts up to watch this yet. Ironically enough I just had my morning pain meds. My body is falling apart, I've got rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis & crumbling discs in my spine. Every day is hard. Every 6 months I find something else I can no longer do. It's bleak. But there's music. Music helps

@@HighlyCombustibleReacts no worries at all. I'm not ashamed like I used to be. I do stuff to help like get in the pool as often as I can. I'm forever stretching & stuff. I've just been put on a program where I have home help so I've got cleaners to do the heavy stuff (hoovering is my nemesis, I'm 6'1 so I'm hunched down while doing it causes bad pain, dishes as well but I try to clean them as I use them so it's easier). I've got a lady who helps me cook cos this house was built in 1950, I don't know many people who were my height in that era ha. The benches are a couple of inches lower than my hips so that makes it hard. I have guys who do the heavy yard work for me. I prune & plant etc but digging & mowing I can't do. It's given me a lot of relief, proper food not ready meals & starting to feel a bit better.
I didn't know you were in Thailand, we're practically neighbours as I'm in Australia. I know a lot of people who went to Thailand on holiday but never came back cos they love it there so much. Though I know some who married to stay here so I guess it's up to what you want to do. I can't do the humidity.
Keep up the awesome reactions. I did have a little cry at this cos how can you not? I think it's good to release some of the sadness at times you pick. Wandering around the supermarket - not so much lol.

Emma was actually better known then Floor. She has a cover channel on youtube with a million followers. One of the larger accounts in the netherlands. Floor wrote this song for her mother because of her battles with her health and Emmas mother is a cancer survivor.

The intimate nature of this show makes it magical, each and every season has moments like this, where someone sings that one very personal song to the honoree and it always hits like running headfirst into a concrete wall.
Emma was indeed relatively unknown, but like Rolf... she's now a household name here, she's a star now... and rightfully so, Emma is a born entertainer, she belongs on that stage.
I now have seen and heard this performance dozens of times and it still brings tears to my eyes, tears of joy and adoration, not sadness.
And seeing Floor break... yeah that also doesnt help one bit in fighting the emotions lol

You heard her sing together with Floor and Marcela Bovio with Ayreon "Valley of the Queens. Anneke former band was The Gathering. Anneke did a lot of songs after The Gathering. Anneke is also the Godmother of female dutch metal singers. Floor looked up at her....

Yeah, Emma was just a UA-camr and i guess nobody really expected her to be that good live before other persons. And i mean singing a song that Floor wrote to her .. thats not an easy task.

Watched this series because Floor was in it and got to discover all the other artists during the episodes. While all performances was great there was a few gems in there that was above the others. If u dont want to react to the full episodes i definitely think u should watch it on your spare time. There are episodes with subtitles aswell.
