It’s tempting to share only the highlight reel of our lives, but when we’re open about the difficult moments as well, we make it easier to tap into our emotions and create space for other people to process theirs, too. In this panel session, Wondermind co-founders Selena Gomez and Mandy Teefey will explore the importance of bringing mental health conversations into the light alongside Solomon Thomas and Dr. Corey Yeager - not just for decreasing stigma and building awareness, but as a way to deal in hard times. Moderated by Dr. Jessica Stern, the conversation will cover the importance of flexibility over strict routines in mental healthcare, dealing with negative self-talk, and getting real about when you’re not feeling OK.

Yes! Absolutely! May we all cultivate equanimity! And truly, upon continued practice with mindfulness there is no more need for psychiatric medication-I promise! The industry may not you to come to full terms with the truth of your own sense of ongoing healing and growth, but it is only inevitable to realize that you are your own best medicine.

This is a wonderful Plato. Learn more about this situation. That is happening to so many families. I think if they should increase more tools for parents to recognize what is happening with their children because. Many do not recognize when they are small children, their actions and their behavier.
And I have to do even to the level of science, how our brains are working. That's all? I could say I'm not a Doctor or nothing. But I hope that all of us continue listening each other too.God bless you

What is the most direct way to open a dialogue with Wondermind as a resource for mental health? I don't know exactly what I need, but I often think, "I need to go to a facility for 3 months... but there's no place out there (that I can afford) that offers that kind of support... No place can help me" Recently, my therapist said I should be in a PHP program, and I felt relief because I thought, "finally, maybe there is a place like the one I feel like I need," and then he told me that those programs are really only for people who are really at rock bottom, who want to kill themselves. I get there, often, but I guess not often enough to be in that kind of program. So what is it I'm exactly looking for? If anyone understands where I'm coming from, I'd appreciate being able to leverage the resources they're mentioning to help myself - because I eventually want to be able to help others and grow and expand. But that can't really happen until I get my own shit together...

Nobody need 'group' forever. Some point. People need to mention, there an actual 'end' to something like psychotic break from reality. People set bar too low. Basic ideas about like hearing voices, people no talk about. Like. If you talkin someone, or multiple people, in you head, non stop, even with meds that doctor say work well, it important the voices say something you like or need to hear. Some people think getting better mean you no hear 'voices,' no more. I only tell people I no hear voices anymore, when I talking to someone I no wanna talk to about this stuff. You know? It the opposite if you a happy schizophrenic. Voices become guides like goddesses. And you natural drawn to play video games and create your character in the likeness of all the goddesses in you head. Very difficult honor your voices, if you try to 'fit in' to normal world, unless you can honor your voices, MOST of the time. Then you get discharge and you basically done, except for family member and enemy, who try to get you lock up, cuz you have great thing going on, between ear. Anyway. For schizophrenic, no end to 'groups.' And I don't know about other mental illnesses, but they not suppose to give you sour face, and you succeed in life, you tell everyone you still have demon, and then you go up on stage and get applauded for going half way or less. So. Best 'group' ever seen in 'Avengers: End Game.' I know it Captain America leading group, but actor know something about humanity, groups, pain. Also. For schizophrenic, discharge aptitude, Hulk in same movie, merge 'both worlds' to become sane. It how you get better to appease the voices, integrate polarities at same time, always. Pull in one direction make you sick, and then they call you 'bipolar.'
