Shooketh she went to a psycharatric clinic specifically for DBT therapy. Suggesting she may have BPD. Its not like the movies... as someone with it, your symptoms can be so wide. DBT is almost exclusively used for BPD.

The fact that she went through some personal struggles/issues such as anxiety and depression really struck a chord with me/feel a certain way. I wish I had the opportunity to know Selena or even get the chance to interview /chat with her because, she is just one of the many people in this world who are not only honest, but they are genuine about everything they talk about. She is inspiring all of us. That it's ok to not always be 100%, but yet you can still succeed and achieve anything regardless of your mental health or personal struggles.
I'm also on a mental health journey! I absolutely adore how she advocates and pushes the conversation about mental health. She is glowing and the way she talks about things makes me feel like I'm on the right journey for myself. I've never related to someone so much at this very confusing but exhilarating part of my life!

I really admired her courage, even if she's feeling so sad and hurt she still respects boundaries so utterly kind though, kill em with kindness.
I looked for this interview after I've seen the title of this article saying 'Selena talks about how she wants Justin to listen to her songs' and it's so frustrating that all the wise things she said about growth, taking care of yourself and just feeling good about your self in general just got completely ignored. This interview is very chill and honest but people choose to take the most irrelevant thing out of it.
