I watched this series when it first came out and loved every moment of it. Starcraft Alternate and Starcraft Reversed have really been getting me into custom campaigns
So, in alternate Campaign, the other direction: -Protoss colonists sent to backwater with Fenix after zerg destroy Chau Sara. Discover strange creatures in power armor with guns. -Destroy experimental cell, chewed out by Aldaris, forced to join Matriarch and the dark templar under a terran attack -Meet Tassadar on Antiga, assist in revolt, find out about thing that attracts Terrans, Aldaris joins dark templar -Plant said device on Aiur, Matriarch betrays Tassadar, possibly Tassadar sacrificed himself in Gantrithor to destroy some terrans (Oh F*ck!), Fenix leaves dark templar to go out on his own. -Duke Introduces new commander, Mengsk and Raynor bring commander up to speed. -Terrans protect experimental body, leave Aiur and go to Tarsonis. -Body hatches, Humanized Tassadar (Using Stukov images and voice?) recovers further powers from protoss research colony -Terrans go on attack against zerg. Detect primals and Kerrigan (single faction) Kerrigan pretends to fight Tassadar and teaches him a lesson while Dehaka kills Raynor. -One squadron/division/whatever mutinies in anger at their commander not being protected and needs to be put down. -Terrans get revenge on zerg, invade Char. Build citadel/command base/etc. on char. -Daggoth introduces Draliska, they fight some battles on Char. Overmind referenced as overall thing in charge of zerg. Kerrigan shows up to tell them how to destroy shielded terran bases, disrupting their command structure. Turns out only adaptable primals have the weapons needed to get through armor. -Cerebrate sent to take in Kerrigan from Aiur, but Kerrigan gets everyone to work with the primal zerg. Dehaka rescued, Kerrigan is friends with Fenix. -Civil war on Char with references to The Culling mission. -Dehaka destroys smaller command bases, Zerg and Protoss attack main terran citidel with Kerrigan, Fenix, Draliska, Dehaka as special units. Kerrigan sacrifices herself to destroy big citadel. Maybe psionically using her own body, maybve Here Comes the Leviathan! (Oh F*ck) Aldaris dies. -Introduce Zasz as the new cerebrate. References to Overmind being killed by rampaging terrans. Zerg leave char, head to Zerus (jungle terrain like Aiur) from a warp jump point where they meet Zurvan. -Human Tassadar shows up, zerg collect a couple of genetic samples, see the terrans building a new citadel. -Daggoth arranges revolt, gets killed by others. Zurvan seems a bit off. Zerg use crystals to create virulent infection that kills all nonzerg on Zerus. -Tal'darim show up to control sector. Alarak and Jinara are characters. Meet Zeratul, rebel against the dark templar, during first attack. -Capture Carriers, pretend to destroy anti-terran mind something device, capture Shakuras the new protoss capital. -Raszagal was captured, but Draliska and Fenix rescue her and take her to char. Zeratul betrays the Tal'darim, lets Raszagal get away again. Corsairs introduced killing a wraith cluster. -Zeratul attempts to trick Alarak into killing Jinara, but Alarak already wanted to do so thanks to competitive Tal'darim culture. Confused back and forth where Zeratul lists reasons to do so and alarak agrees readily. Alarak had ordered the mind thingy destroyed to keep anyone from using it against him, but now that it is around, he will happily take it over for himself. Jinara's soldiers happily join the stronger alarak, since their previous leader is dead and Alarak is the stronger, they fend off a terran infiltration. -Mind thingy used to control terrans. Protoss have to handle the Xanthos, which keeps going back for repairs instead of dying, until its base is destroyed. Plus some unkillable bunkers that need a power source destroyed. Protoss take over new citadel and all terran communications including friend or foe codes, controling this race. -Human Tassadar decides to defeat terrans, but his forces are being given contradictory orders and fighting each other. Zeratul is helping out, shocked by Alarak's easy sense of betrayal and switching sides to his old friend, who vouched for Zeratul for the conclave some time ago. Draliska, Fenix, and the Matriarch also help, but are suspicious. -Rescues bases, destroys communications relay that is interfering with his soldiers. -Capture minerals, invade Shakuras and kick out Tal'darim., than betray everyone. Fenix is angry that Draliska was killed, Aldaris also killed, Tassadar makes comment referencing the conclave missions in original SC story. -Tal'darim's terran puppets attack, Tassadar must fend them off. They go to Zerus, the virus has died down with no hosts to infect, and kill Zurvan. Not capture. -Since Tassadar's terrans killed Zurvan, they are stronger and primals willingly help Tassadar in his mission to destroy the terran communications citadel. -Zerg attempt to create a new virus to infect Tassadar's forces, but Tassadar's men discover this and destroy the zerg bio thingies before this can happen. -Dehaka leaves, discovers that Zeratul is actually creating infested terrans and attempting to reproduce Kerrigan. Zeratul gives some comments about how a new threat is coming and a prophecy says that Kerrigan is necessary to save the universe, but she sacrificed herself, so he is attempting to create a clone that can do the job. -Tassadar's terrans fight off the Tal'darim, original protoss under Razsagal, and the zerg. Human Tassadar now Emperor of the universe, who has successfully defeated the aliens and kept humanity safe.
Fabulous! Now, in a more poetric, refined story-telling it would go like this: _______________________________________________________________________________ Amidst the stars, Protoss pilgrims, led by Fenix, were thrust to hinterlands, as the Zerg's ravenous maw devoured Chau Sara's light. There, in the shadowed corners of this forsaken realm, they beheld beings clad in arcane armor, wielding weapons that roared with fire. Their valiant quest led them to vanquish an aberrant cell, yet Aldaris, stern as a winter wind, reproached their deeds. Fate's weft then bound them to the Matriarch and the enigmatic Dark Templar, under the siege of Terran tempests. Upon Antiga, they crossed paths with Tassadar, a beacon of hope amidst a storm of revolt. Secrets unveiled spoke of a force that beckoned the Terrans. Aldaris, swayed by the Dark, forsook his former ways. In the heart of Aiur, a device was planted, yet treachery's sting saw the Matriarch's betrayal of Tassadar. The heavens wept as Fenix, in his valor, parted ways with the Dark Templar's embrace. Alas, a sacrifice, perhaps of Tassadar's very essence aboard the Gantrithor, rent the fabric of hope. Duke, the Terran lord, anointed a new commander. Mengsk and Raynor, stalwarts of the human spirit, did acquaint this newcomer with the dire dance of fate. Terran guardians shielded an experimental husk, departing Aiur's sorrow for Tarsonis' embrace. From this husk emerged a reborn Tassadar, infused with Terran essence, his powers augmented by Protoss lore. The Terrans, marshaling their might, clashed with the Zerg's primal swarm. Kerrigan, a serpentine enigma, feigned combat with Tassadar while Dehaka's feral fury claimed Raynor's life. Within the Terran ranks, discontent brewed, mutiny's flame threatening to engulf the order. Vengeance, in the Terran heart, led them to Char's fiery shores, where citadels of war rose against the Zerg's relentless tide. Daggoth, a herald of the swarm, introduced Draliska, and battles raged upon Char's scarred visage. The Overmind, an unseen puppeteer, guided the Zerg's dance. Kerrigan, in her wisdom or wile, unveiled the key to shattering the Terran bastions, revealing the primals' hidden might. A Cerebrate was dispatched to retrieve Kerrigan, yet her charisma swayed hearts and minds to the primal cause. Civil strife raged on Char, echoing the dark echoes of The Culling mission. Dehaka's wrath felled lesser Terran strongholds, while the combined might of Zerg and Protoss besieged the grand Terran citadel. Kerrigan's sacrifice, a psionic tempest, shattered the stronghold's walls, echoing with the lament of "Here Comes the Leviathan!" Aldaris, a noble soul, met his end amidst the chaos. Zasz, a new Cerebrate, rose from the ashes of the old. The Overmind's demise at the hands of marauding Terrans led the Zerg exodus to Zerus, a jungle realm reminiscent of Aiur's glory. There, they encountered Zurvan, an ancient force of nature. Human Tassadar, a paradox of Terran and Protoss essence, emerged, and the Zerg sought genetic spoils. Daggoth's insurrection met a grim end, and Zurvan's demeanor betrayed an unsettling enigma. The Zerg, wielding crystalline virulence, purged Zerus of all non-Zerg life. Amidst this cosmic tapestry, the Tal'darim, under the stern gaze of Alarak and Jinara, sought dominion. Zeratul, a renegade of the Dark Templar, kindled rebellion. Carriers were seized, Shakuras, the new Protoss sanctum, was captured, and amidst the chaos, Raszagal's capture led to valiant rescue by Draliska and Fenix. Zeratul's intricate dance of deception and Alarak's ruthless pragmatism played out, shaping the destiny of stars and souls alike. The mind device, a relic of old wars, became a tool of Terran subjugation, until the Protoss seized control, manipulating friend from foe. Human Tassadar, torn by conflicting commands, found allies in old friends and wary allies. Rescues and skirmishes marked his path, leading to a climactic invasion of Shakuras and the ousting of the Tal'darim. Yet betrayal's shadow loomed large. Draliska's fall, Aldaris' demise, and Tassadar's bitter reflections echoed the conclave's ancient lore. The Tal'darim, wielding Terran puppets, launched an assault. Zerus, now a barren wasteland, witnessed Zurvan's end. In the grand finale, Tassadar's might clashed with the combined fury of the Tal'darim, Razsagal's loyalists, and the Zerg's primal horde. Yet, through cunning and courage, he emerged triumphant, his dominion unchallenged. Thus, Human Tassadar, now Emperor of the cosmos, stood as humanity's shield against the alien tide, a beacon of hope in a universe of strife.
One thing that this version did was made me care about the Zerg characters. I felt bad that Duran became corrupted by the Protoss assimilation. Poor Draliska lost his mentor that saved his life, and that very same mentor murdered his newfound friendship with James. (Seriously, Draliska calling Raynor by his true name tore my heart apart like hundreds of zergling clawing it to ribbons.) And poor Dehaka, his loyalty bit him in the ass. His speech touched me in a way I never would expect.
Start your New Year off right! If you play* this video at 9:33:56 PM on New Year’s Eve, Mengsk will say “HERE COMES THE NORAD III!” right at midnight. *Make sure you have a way to hold back the ads
Even though it's still the same story, just with roles swapped around, i found this a lot more interesting than the original story. The idea of Mengsk being a hero to all Terrans is kinda wholesome, all the Protoss being evil and i laughed so hard when the primal zerg turned out to be the UED. I love how Kerrigan and Jim barely feel any different compared to their real roles, Kerrigan is still a bitch and Jim still has his usual Jim attitude
2:26:04 I knew what was going to happen, but I did not expect that reaction. Very nice alternate campaign, it looks like a lot of fun to play. Only downside is that the AI generated voices clearly struggle with putting the correct (amount of) emotion in their voice lines. For Draliska it's still fairly fine (probably because it's a default 11labs voice?), but for Stukov and the UED Agents/Sarah Kerrigan the roboticness and lack of emotion still bleeds through many sentences, and Duke sounds generally detached no matter what happens.
I love this fan-made campaign. I kinda wondered many years ago what happens if the races have been swapped but the basic story is kept the same, then this campaign came along and made my day :) Still, I'm aware there are two versions of this campaign, and I think the AI Edition is far better than the original. But I still spotted some voice acting discrepancies between the briefings and the missions themselves (certain heroes especially). But other than that, I enjoyed it so far. Imagine someone made another Alternate campaign where you start with the Protoss and then the Terrans are the mad baddies, then the Protoss needs to ally with the Zerg for help. Wonder who would be the "Overmind" for the Terrans and who would be the sacrificing hero from the Zerg. And which hero in the Protoss race would be turned into maybe a machine or some sort by the Terrans. This is the kind of fan-made campaigns that can guarantee keep me going.
Imagine showing this to someone who has never heard about starcraft before and telling him this is the canon campaign. I wonder how confused they would be
So if we got such a mod for Starcraft 2, how would it handle missions where have Zerg used in place of Terrans in city-based levels? That would be an ambitious mod.
@@ОлегБогоугодный The native Starcraft 1 editor (now deprecated and not shipped with Starcraft:Remastered), StarEdit, already had the option to add pre-mission briefings and sound files to the game. But perhaps it was made in the unofficial editor ScmDraft 2, which has more features w.r.t. mapmaking. Anyway, without having used these all too much myself, ingame it's just a trigger that plays a sound file / voice line, so it's just a matter of adding the voiceline in a compatible sound format.
One day she will be promoted to general and lead a massive armada of battlecruisers to retake Tarsonis from xeno scum. She is a Garithos of Koprulu, but a bit smarter.
If we are going along the lines of original game, shouldn't the Captain in first Alternate Terran campaign be technically Davis? Because if I remember correctly, in first Protoss campaign, the Executor you are playing as is supposed to be Artanis which you later meet in Brood War. So... Isn't that how it is? Speaking of which, makes me wonder who you play as in the second Alternate Terran campaign... Warfield? Or maybe even Valerian? In standard Brood War, you are (supposedly) playing as Selendis during Protoss campaign and you meet her in SCII. Makes you wonder, huh.
Hola sigo tu canal hace un tiempo sobre todo de warcraft pero StarCraft tmb? Esto es maravilloso tengo una pregunta cómo puedo jugar esas misiones se ven tan piolas

this all felt weird then when Duran came out the crystal it all made sense lol would you do this again but with the protoss being crystallized by the humans XD
Greetings Nral!!! Brother every time I play alternate the game crashes even with the executable, has there been an update? I don't know what to do anymore, everything was going well until it crashed every time in the second Zerg mission...
@@ExecutorNral I've already done this, but it happens that when the game is frantic, the game simply crashes and I have to constantly save to avoid losing everything.
That's weird because I never had that issue. There should be something wrong about the mod. Try contacting the UEDCommander, he might fix the issue.@@RaydonSC1
Good evening, executor. I have a question: should I add analogue of adjutant, but for protoss (campaign Alternate 2.0, I tell about it in your last video)? If yes, with whose face? I don't know add him or no, maybe you can help me.
Si una humana funciona con Zerg ya causó muchos problemas no quiero imaginar la función entre terran y Protoss los poderes sionicos seran infinitos ya que ambos seres concentran mucha energía que les permiten canalizar en muchas avilidades sobre naturales.
I was able to download the map and I downloaded the AI voices, but none of the avatars and voice dialogue audio comes up during the character pre-brief meetings before each campaign. Any suggestions you got on fixing this problem? Thanks
You only need to download the ones from the google drive link. select use map setting before running the maps make sure you run the campaign with Alternate.exe in the drive link
@@jcml2099 Well, it works well for me. You are probably doing something wrong but I can't tell what. How do you run the maps exactly? The same way you play the original Starcraft campaigns, or from custom games?
the only complaint that i have is that zeratul doesnt exist to give his portrait to duran, poor guy he is the truest canon homie. hoping that in sc2 alternate he gets to appear somehow.
I downloaded this, and it won't work. I wonder how to make this playable. Or do I need to play it in an OS that uses 32-bit or even the not remastered version of Starcraft?
@ExecutorNral I checked the task manager. The app is running but won't load the Starcraft play screen is not showing up though. That is my problem and the if I use the X86_64 the error 50 code shows up. In the other one which is X86, error 5 shows up.
Betray the Overmind to save your brood (Raynor and you betraying the confederacy to save your civilians) Save Zasz and assimilate him into your ranks despite the protest, since the Overmind is failing (Save Duke to get his assistance despite protest since the Terran forces are failing) Place the mind node to cause the Protoss to swarm the world (Placing the PSI emitters to lure the Zerg onto a world) Placing the mind node on another world against protest (Placing the PSI emitter on another world against protest) Leaving Kerrigan behind (Leaving Duran behind) I don't know why it took me this long to realize it, I thought it was just stolen concepts, no, it's practically copy-paste with Zerg instead of Terran.
Hello. I am interested to translate this maps into ukrainian, but can't find proper version of MapEditor for it. UPD. Still, found one version to open maps.
Everytime I tried to play this, there is a message... "StarCraft 1.20 or newer is required" I am confused, my StarCraft remastered was updated??? Can someone please help me... Update: Can somebody plese help me? Update: Can someone please help me...
This alternate universe is so well written that many of their characters are likeable like the originals like Draliska or even more, like Duke
I hold fast that the ultimate bro team would be Draliska, Canon Raynor and Canon Fenix. Theyd be inseparable
For a Zerg, Draliska is surely honorable

And which hero in the Protoss race would be turned into maybe a machine or some sort by the Terrans. This is the kind of fan-made campaigns that can guarantee keep me going.
What amazing work! Thank you for outting this all together : D
Lol the way Mengsk says Pro Toss when doing the ole "Flee back to your masters Aldaris" equivalent
szacunek naprawdę ekstra jak dla fana już pobrana tylko musze znaleźć czas by ograć wielkie dzięki
Draliska is a very chill and cool guy for a Hunter Killer lmao
These missions are hard core! Very well designed.
Lowkey kinda excited for sc2 alternate and it's not just me coping for Jim to come back
Definitely :(
He'll be back.
Ahaha. Yeah. He'll be back.
SomethingsomethingConfederateAIPreservationSystemSKYNET lol.
Damn these maps are so well done. I'll definitely try them some time
1:37:45 Enough! That was hilarious! 🤣🤣

Imagine showing this to someone who has never heard about starcraft before and telling him this is the canon campaign. I wonder how confused they would be
I can't get Finix calling Daran the favored but adopted son of the Conclave
oh yea, here it is~ i can now binged on~
great video for past time bro very entertaining
very interesting, thanks for sharing it. Later you can do other missions for other characters, General Duke, Alan, Duran, etc. thank you
holy crap, the first mission already putting you against the wall
Draliska has become my favorite pokemon
2:26:08 Canon Overmind & Tassadar watching this:...Copycats! We woll met you in Court
The "What If" of StarCraft.
i really like the light shaders they used to emulate daytimes / Shadows
UNA OBRA MAESTRA
this was cool. its like they took the dialogue/story of the other races but swapped it.
OOh nice this is a bright age for Executor nral, good job and gg.
So if we got such a mod for Starcraft 2, how would it handle missions where have Zerg used in place of Terrans in city-based levels? That would be an ambitious mod.
Imagine this in Mass Recall
A man can dream.
This is so frickin good
How you make hero units speak like Hunter Killer?
Elevenlabs, presumably based on custom-generated voices, not sure if generating them works like 15ai or not.
Okay but how he import to unit in game?
@@ОлегБогоугодный The native Starcraft 1 editor (now deprecated and not shipped with Starcraft:Remastered), StarEdit, already had the option to add pre-mission briefings and sound files to the game. But perhaps it was made in the unofficial editor ScmDraft 2, which has more features w.r.t. mapmaking. Anyway, without having used these all too much myself, ingame it's just a trigger that plays a sound file / voice line, so it's just a matter of adding the voiceline in a compatible sound format.
From starcraft memes to the executor of the starcraft multiverse 😂
can't wait for the sequel StarCraft 2 alternate. man i wonder what that would be like.
Amusing.
Will Carolina Davis be significant in SC2 Alternate campaign?
She's in Artanis' role here. So I guess that means she's the Terran MC in Legacy of Liberty or whatever they'll call it.
One day she will be promoted to general and lead a massive armada of battlecruisers to retake Tarsonis from xeno scum. She is a Garithos of Koprulu, but a bit smarter.
What's the difference between the Yandex link and the "AI edition" besides having Brood War equivalent campaigns?
AI edition has AI voice acting yandex one dont have
This is sheer fuckin awesomeness.
...also, how the hell do I get this to run? the BWthingy.exe just blows up on startup!! :O :/
Thanks for recap m8
LMAO the reaver jumpscare
Time to do a Starcraft Alternate v2, with the 3rd mix of race available (P, T, Z, Z, P, T)
Suppose if they ever made a follow up it would be made in SC2 where all manner of things could go wild.

Stukov: All our ships are disabled! Do you have weapons?
Mengsk: Negative! I'm setting a collision course!
*Approaches worldship.
Time's up.

Hola sigo tu canal hace un tiempo sobre todo de warcraft pero StarCraft tmb? Esto es maravilloso tengo una pregunta cómo puedo jugar esas misiones se ven tan piolas
I wonder if we can play this campaign in normal mod, or you have a special mod?
Special mod. Gotta run the maps with Alternate exe.
Why does this campaign doesn't work?

("Alternate Reality All Missions?") Uh oh...💥
those primals utralisks sounds like cybermen from doctor who
this all felt weird then when Duran came out the crystal it all made sense lol would you do this again but with the protoss being crystallized by the humans XD
4:00:28 The way he pronounces "lair" is oddly comical.
Question - what Avatar did they used for the Dhekara animated avatar here?
i mean.. this is not remastered Hydralisk or Hunter Killer - any idea?
Recolored Lurker
im gonna play this :D
Executor nral did you temper with the infinity stones?
Now we wait on cowboy zealot Fenix.
Greetings Nral!!! Brother every time I play alternate the game crashes even with the executable, has there been an update? I don't know what to do anymore, everything was going well until it crashed every time in the second Zerg mission...
You have to launch the campaign from Alternate.exe
@@ExecutorNral I've already done this, but it happens that when the game is frantic, the game simply crashes and I have to constantly save to avoid losing everything.
That's weird because I never had that issue. There should be something wrong about the mod. Try contacting the UEDCommander, he might fix the issue.@@RaydonSC1
Good evening, executor. I have a question: should I add analogue of adjutant, but for protoss (campaign Alternate 2.0, I tell about it in your last video)? If yes, with whose face? I don't know add him or no, maybe you can help me.
whats the muisc playing at 5:44:44

Si una humana funciona con Zerg ya causó muchos problemas no quiero imaginar la función entre terran y Protoss los poderes sionicos seran infinitos ya que ambos seres concentran mucha energía que les permiten canalizar en muchas avilidades sobre naturales.
I was able to download the map and I downloaded the AI voices, but none of the avatars and voice dialogue audio comes up during the character pre-brief meetings before each campaign. Any suggestions you got on fixing this problem? Thanks
You only need to download the ones from the google drive link.
select use map setting before running the maps
make sure you run the campaign with Alternate.exe in the drive link
@@ExecutorNral I tried it, I still ended up with the same result.
@@jcml2099 Well, it works well for me. You are probably doing something wrong but I can't tell what. How do you run the maps exactly? The same way you play the original Starcraft campaigns, or from custom games?
@@ExecutorNral custom games
why does the primal ultra sound like squidward
Everytime I try to start a map, Starcraft errors out on me? Is there something I need?
You have to launch the maps with Alternate.exe
Ah just noticed. I initially just downloaded the maps individually
the only complaint that i have is that zeratul doesnt exist to give his portrait to duran, poor guy he is the truest canon homie. hoping that in sc2 alternate he gets to appear somehow.
I want to play it but everytime I play a certain mission it crashes?
You have to lauch the maps from the mod Alternate.exe
@@ExecutorNral okay, I'll try it.
@@ExecutorNralthank you, I'll try it.
@@ExecutorNral bro! I am sorry to bother you, but it doesn't work.
I downloaded this, and it won't work. I wonder how to make this playable. Or do I need to play it in an OS that uses 32-bit or even the not remastered version of Starcraft?
You have to run the maps with Alternate.exe. Maps are located in "Play Custom". Find the folder and select "use map settings" before start.
@ExecutorNral I checked the task manager. The app is running but won't load the Starcraft play screen is not showing up though. That is my problem and the if I use the X86_64 the error 50 code shows up. In the other one which is X86, error 5 shows up.
Betray the Overmind to save your brood
(Raynor and you betraying the confederacy to save your civilians)
Save Zasz and assimilate him into your ranks despite the protest, since the Overmind is failing
(Save Duke to get his assistance despite protest since the Terran forces are failing)
Place the mind node to cause the Protoss to swarm the world
(Placing the PSI emitters to lure the Zerg onto a world)
Placing the mind node on another world against protest
(Placing the PSI emitter on another world against protest)
Leaving Kerrigan behind
(Leaving Duran behind)
I don't know why it took me this long to realize it, I thought it was just stolen concepts, no, it's practically copy-paste with Zerg instead of Terran.
Downloaded the AI version but no maps show up in custom
Did you move the maps to Documents/Starcraft/Maps folder?
Hello. I am interested to translate this maps into ukrainian, but can't find proper version of MapEditor for it.
UPD. Still, found one version to open maps.
ScmDraft2 is the one I used
