Today you saved me 200 dollars! I am truly very grateful that you posted this video. With every mechanic taken this week off between Christmas and New years I would not have had a vehicle until after they fixed it next tuesday. I feel so proud of myself for accomplishing this today, could not have done it without your video, thank you!
My 2008 Chrysler Sebring is a convertible. In most ways, it's very similar, but I've discovered some of the differences after taking it apart. The door handle broke off but I'm watching this video as well because the window glass in my car is not fastened in with the white plastic tabs. I'm going to remove the black inner piece so I can determine how the window glass is attached to the regulator. I'll be back at it tomorrow morning.
Thank you for taking the time to do a walk through my 08 sebring windows fell off or at least I think so? So I'll do this and fix the problem hopefully it's just off and not broken lol
Thanks for the video, just replace my daughter drive side window reglator, steps were on appoint. The breakdown of the door, very Time consuming, got in and the window goes up and down as as it can be.
Did it, got it installed and window is working. I have a bit of a fit and finish issue door panel. Was hard to snap in around the lock and there is a small between window and mirror panel. The door latch is snapping all the way to return position after opening :)
You did not install outer panel to door latch plastic panel? Also. Any suggestions about window regulater breaking from closing door a little hard. I have one breaking every few months. Thank you.
NOTICE!!!! Whatever you do... DO NOT let that white wire spool in the middle pop out. There is basically no way to get it back together. Even if you contact the manufacturer they will just say return it and get another one.
Any suggestions if all the windows are not working? I changed the fuse already. I kinda doubt it’s ALL the motors. Is there some point in the wiring that could be broken?
Average shop would charge and hour if you buy & supply the 'correct part' if they do (2x or more) and you save that part- their labor is anywhere from $90 to $114 it may take under 20 minutes but they round up. OR DIY cheapewst route is to get only cables @$ 20 idk access to a mc / cable user shop

Best video I have seen about Chrysler window regulator change
Honestly it’s the best video for the window regulator replacement I have seen WELL DONE
Very clear explanation. It sure will help me fixing my window. Thank you!
The most annoying part is trying to line up the holes, the regulator should be mounted to the door, not the door plate smh
Great video. This was so well done that anyone that watched it can do this repair.
Hey ! Today I just fixed my window with your video, thank you so much for the explanation 🙏🏽

removing the speaker helps
its really more of a pain than this lol
The convertible has clamps on the regulator instead of clips that have holes in the glass.. makes the regulator twice as expensive
All this to replace a motor
I replaced that with dorman unit broke the same way in a month 😢 whats going on
Can anyone recommend me to a video on the rear passenger side for the same car ??!? I cannot find a single vid
Link for the arms ???

you keep calling screws bolts. Burt clear to follow a bolt usually has a head for higher torque
