This is not 15000 mah..
You connect the cells in series not In parrallel..
In series connection only boost voltage 4.2+4.2 = 8.4 volt ampere still 2500
You added 2+2 cells in parrallel then the capacity of this battery pack is only 7500 mAh

3s 2p connection = u can get 4 amps or 4000 mah for this build just search for qc3 buck for max current amps. by the way this board is a real fast charging board.

Yo, how can this power bank get charged back? By plugging directly a 12 v DC in the socket?
But it wnt charge 100% as the total 3s bms is 12.6v and the adaptor will just supply 12v dc right?
