Very professional. Nice spot welding pen. Best battery build I've seen yet on UA-cam
Love the slow detailed process without any talk , at least I've shown how to do it step by step, not a jump cut video thanks

Wow, really appreciate the close up assembly and even without words, I learned to assemble a battery pack.
Master Yousun, that was a marvelous assembly. Appreciate your meticulous attention to each section and clean set up. A brief description on the BMS type and model and charging voltage would enhance the whole video much better. Last but not least...... please describe your SPOT WELDER. Show us, in sequence, how you made it, what parts were used and the technical data. Thanks again.
I will explain later.

Awesome video. The alternating colours on the balance leads I haven’t seen until now.
How much is the cost to assemble that?
Good job bro, even the BMS wires colours u used makes everything understandable thanks
I prefer individual cell fuses incase of a bad cell. Tidy job, impressed.
How do you go about individual cell wiring? Is there a video as good as this documenting it? Thank you.
That was a really nice build with excellent documentation of the process. Great job!
instablaster.
Very good indeed! Despite the absence of audio or descriptive subtitles, it was possible to understand exactly how it was done and a great level of finishing of the work itself! Perfect, congratulations!
I really enjoyed this. I watched the whole thing. I love the way you have it close up while you're working, it helps me learn exactly what and why you're doing the things you're doing.
I couldn't get this info from other videos, but your silent approach and close ups help explain a lot.
This 48V Li-ion battery based on 18650 is the most exquisite that I have seen! Thank you for sharing!
I really appreciate your dedication to do it with patience
Thanks!
copper has one third of the resistance than nickel and can be found everywhere for cheap- I would solder at least the parallelization wires using solid copper wire. Then I cover all my contacts with transparent neutral silicone to decrease the risk of accidentally shortening or effects of moisture...
I there some sort of spray silicone you can spray over your work after you finish you give it a moisture resistant surface?
That was one awesome and satisfying video,
El video está DEMASIADO BUENO!!! 👏👏👏🤯
You are a great master of science and technology 👍 I respect you
this is an awesome video i learn a lot on how to weld and the connection of the battery awesome job.
Excelente video no nesecita palabras
Perfect this montage the video is very datica.
I believe it was the most esplicative I found in yuotabe.
I'm wanting to ride a 22S P12 84V 30AH and I was missing this video.
thank you
Thanks!
Nice video and y9ou do nice work on your packs! Thanks for the video.
Sem palavras.....
Parabéns nota mil
Realy nice for DIY welding machine...
Thanks!
Perfect batt pack
Trabalho profissional. Perfeito. E aprendi a soldar a BMS.
Thanks!
Felicitaciones , muy buen trabajo , saludos desde Argentina.
I like the natural background. I watched the whole video but there is something you didn't show us. The connection of the green wire to the BMS. And also, why is it 47V only?
Esse é um artista!!
Like Brasil 🇧🇷
vc e o melhor montador de bateria ate agora perfito muinto bom.

NemtUDmkicsoDa? 27%3404,
Hi,
thanks for an interesting Li-Ion Pack building video. I build my own, so I understand the time involved and extra time to film it.
Some comments;
Pros; Nice professional build using what looks to be top shelf spot welder and equipment.
I like the way you built the layout of the pack and left cell holder openings that are protecting the connections.
cons;
Imagine the work required to take that pack apart if there is ever a bad cell or poor spot weld.
Note; I did notice you check EVERY singe connection to be sure they were all properly welded.
Once again, color code wire problem.
BTW; the DC electric world as I've always know it is Red is Positive and Black is Negative. China doesn't seem to have a clue about that.
Is that Blue wire positive or (probably) negative. And I can't really tell where it is connected on the BMS.
VERY important steps you left out for us DIY folks.
You show x2 48v voltage tests but don't show where the connections go! :-(
Also, between the shrink wrap, Barley paper and tape, you've sealed it so well, there will be NO cooling air able to circulated around the cells.
Here in the desert of Southern California, that could be fatal to that pack.
Don't take my comments wrong, it's few and far between seeing decent videos on pack building and all involved. I give you high marks and only hope to see more in depth info on the subjects I addressed.
cheers

OK! Thanks!
Hey Boots, Im in PB, did you make a spot welder? Im gearing up for battery building and could use some tips and info, thank you

Wondering why he only connected positive side in parallel and not the negative side, I'm learning about it.
Beau boulot et merci du partage ✌️
Great job, thank you.
Good job
Pls wear gloves while soldering u are doing very nice job
Love the Freeway SFX
Perfect..Greetings from Brazil
Thanks!
I Wont Say UR VideO Is Nice., It is Awesome., Way More Professional., Keep Rocking Brooo..!
Thanks!

Englysh?
Built his own spot welder 😂😂 legend
Great job sir
Very nice video, I love your work, all respects for you
Parallel connections need to be thicker and stronger than series Connections.
For safety, to prevent a short circuit inside a battery.
Is there risk of electric shock to hands when cells terminals are physically touched whilst battery cells are joined together in series at high voltages 48v and above?
If the hand is wet, there is a little bit.
Wonderful work, are you using a professional spot welding machine or it's DIY? My DIY welding is not so good.

Please make video on spot welding machine (how make) wihich you use

Is that sporwelder running on 3 18650 cells? That's impossible right?
Good video!
nice work but its missing a power level meter. the batteries i made are 4s's with a 20 led power meter using tl431
Electric bicycle has a power meter.
@@yousun2827 i still like the power meters on the battery because i use the battery for more than just a bike discharge. i bring them inside and hook them to other batteries and solar chargers as well as using them to power other devices at home and knowing the battery levels in any and every situation in realtime is much better
Good
12:28 Sounds like a golf club swing. lol

Super
I wish i can have that kind of battery for my project bike
great project!
What kind of welder are you using? Good video. Good luck.
Excellent
Which spot welder are you using
Thanks
Thank you
If I were to use a step-down converter to convert the voltage output to 12 volts, how many "amp hours/ah" will it put out at 12 volts versus putting out 20ah at 48 volts ?
Buck efficiency, About 18Ah.
Would you please list all the material you used to do the pack?
Apka jo spot welding he o ap khudne banaya. Agar app khud ne banaya to uske upar ek vedeo banaye
👌👌
Fantastic product....👌👍
Perfect
Did I miss where the charging points were?
Why you are not using fuse in the positive side of the battery? Is this safe?
There is some Nickel strips with fuse incorporated to the positive side.
Why you are not using buss bar?
The use of fuses causes serious heat generation, which affects efficiency.
By creating such a bank, we can also install UPS
thanks
very nice build!! But what about that hole?? I almost cried with it, so unsatisfying
... I was like "noooooo"
I noticed the video is around 17 minutes long. How long did it actually take you for the entire process? If you were able to do this under an hour I would definitely be impressed with your skill and patience.
Thanks for this. What size was the blue PVC Heatshrink that you use to wrap the battery pack?
if I wanna purchase this 48v controller.. how can I purchase 48v pcb.. and price??
48V BMS.www.yousun.org/product/13s-48v-20a-bms-for-lithium-ion-battery-pack
Can you please supply links for all the items in this video including spot welder setup
Isn't there a faster way to connect these batteries for 48V 20AH? My 12V 20AH sealed lead acid batteries in 2 boxes only has 4 battery connections and 2 connectors for easy handling to and from the trike. Just connect the 2 boxes for 48V and a connector to the trike controller. They are charged On or Off the trike and charged at 48V 20AH.
I have only lost 1 12V battery in over 2 years of full discharge cycle. I just replaced it in place and the pack is on its 8 month of use now, getting about the usual 60km per charge.
Very good, you can use a large lithium battery and it is easier to connect.
I had made a lithium ion battery pack rating 14.6v 30a with the same type of bms rated 12v 30a.can I charge it with a 14.6v 3a smps or i need a same rated lithium battery charger.please reply fast
14.6V 3A charger.
❤❤
Great video ! Hello from Ireland 🍀☘️🍀☘️ ! How does the charger work ? Why is the negative bridges through it? Many Thanks

Boa tarde! Tudo bem?
GOOD WORKS KEEP IT ON
tell us about this spot welder, what kinde of battery use for spot welder?I see 2S2P Hitachi. Can you weld 0.2 pure nickel?
Yes!
Yousun please do reply is your 18650 battery pack works perfectly aur it has great capacity loss after a year or 200 cycles or charge and discharge
Good job bro
