For laptop charging it need almost 5A current and your power supply is just 2 amp of 12v. And then you put step up module which works only on 1A out put plz dont mind it but you need to solve these issues

50,000 mah, you need more batteries, around 70,000mah battery power with atleast 40Ah BMS
