    Akka,ur the most genuine youtuber I've ever seen. Ilaaanti youtuber neverrr before... Everrr afterrr😄😄.While I study, I keep one break just to see ur video... And keeep waiting for the notification yo pop up on my phone... Also I have a doubt... I generally get up at around 7 am or 8 am... And I have cofee... I get very much hungry.. And I cannot resist having my breakfast... So my breaking start at 8 itself... So my 8 hrs of eating from der would be finished by 4pm itself😔😔😔😔😔... Howwwwwww akkaa... I also stay awake until 11pm or 12pm...omg...i just can't stop eating at 4pm . Forget abt fasting... Generally we have our dinner at 7:30...and I sleep at 11:30...and I find it soo much difficult to control myself from not eating a sweet chilled mango at around 11..what to do akka... I can feel my weight... Pakkka... There is rise of about 3-4 kgs.. I can feel that.. And I just don't feel comfortable abt this fact.. So what tk do u suggest?

      soo sweet of you dear!! thank youu soo much!! just try to have black coffee or lime water or lots and lots of water etc in the mornings...you will be able to do it.

    In fasting period or eating period??????
    Many said after excercise we have to consume protein otherwise muscle lost..
    But I do excercise in fasting period...

    Thank you for doing this video madhuri.... i can totally relate to PCOS problem... i got it only after marriage and started putting on weight and is becoming very hard to reduce... thank you for doing this so i can also get motivated to do this fasting as i cannot do dieting.... i used to do yoga from my 5yrs old till i got married n now im not able to do it...
