1978 FJ40 Cold Start and Walkaround

In this video, I demonstrate a cold start on my 1978 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40. After an initial start up, I do a brief walk around, showing several details of the restoration. The truck is now for sale.

Awesome vehicle!!!!! Beautiful and really nice restoration job. Those rear heaters work great. My ole FJ would get soo warm inside during the Winter that I could wear shorts and a T-Shirt to drive in. I too had a '78 and wish I still had it. I also owned a '77. Unfortunately both vehicles got totaled, no fault of my own.

Beautiful! I just bought a 78 Fj80 a month ago. I have the same seats (no headrest) but I do not have the kick out rear windows . Bummed about that. I'll be working on mine for a couple years before it'll look half this good!!

Beautiful. I have this same year and color code. I am just starting on the restoration and have watched this and your other videos a few times as inspiration. I know you sold this FJ40, but please keep these videos up as they will serve and inspiration and encouragement as I slowly work away.
