Wow! This video is amazing! The animation makes it really good and intuitive to remember the movement ideas - Roket, Tablet, Kaktus, Locked lungs. Absolutely great! 🚀☕🌵🏋️
I think you’ll have to experiment with that. Your ability to keep your upper body vertical and maintain bar position will make a difference, along with a dozen other things.
excellent technique demonstation..I don't see people doing this at my gym..wish they play this video on there 20 TV's so people can see the mechanics of the front squat. Had someone ask me how are your elbows and shoulders so flexible..I laughed and told them "I don't benchpress every other day".
Check out his other tutorial where he explains using straps. I was skeptical until I tried it, and I immediately realized that there is zero place for skepticism in any of this man's tutorials.
Elbows are a node, not a line, how can they be parallel to anything?! In this demonstration nothing in the arms was parallel to anything! What does it mean

I’ll make sure to start taking my cactus to the gym for squat sessions.
The work displayed in this tutorial is majestic,,, truly a masterpiece of a guide thank you so much 🙏
Best front squat video to date. Thanks.
This is a great tutorial! The side cartoons to emphasize form tips are gold.
Thanks, Oleksiy, it was really helpful to watch
The best explanation I have seen so far on UA-cam, thanks
Thank you! Just started powerlifting, and this is really helpful!
Always prioritize form over weight 👌
I added 20 lbs to my PR for front and back squat earlier today incorporating the techniques shared by Oleksiy previously .Thanks!
This is a really, really, really good tutorial. Thank you

Awesome video. Drawings are fun and help to keep the idea in mind!
10 out of 10 🤙🏼
Thank you! Cheers!
Love your technique.
Thanks for mentioning regarding bracing as well.
I love this. Thank you for making video's like this Oleksiy
Excellent tutorial. Helped me better my technique
the best channel for weightlifting tips on yt!
Very cool an d informative Front Squat tutorial
Glad it was helpful!
What is the carry over from front to back squat. Like what would a 135lb front squat transfer to a back squat?
I think you’ll have to experiment with that. Your ability to keep your upper body vertical and maintain bar position will make a difference, along with a dozen other things.
Probably around 185 depends if do high bar or low bar
It strongly depends on your hip and torso proportions. I am stronger in my front squat than my back squat
Definitley added core strength ,also front squat are bit more quad dominate so a great way to target them.
Amazing work guys.
Love you🎉
Cool

Should we breathe into abdomen or lungs?
Good
love it
So inhale descending and exhale ascending?
👍👍👍
Потрясающая наглядность, никогда такого четкого, ясного и наглядного объяснения не встречал. Браво, Алексей!

Should we breathe into abdomen or lungs? Because for Olympic lifting i learnt to breathe into abdomen so, is it lungs here?
Definitely abdomen / diaphragm
I'm so confused too, do we breathe into stomach or lungs or both?
@@hastyvictoriesYeah true, Thanks bro 🖖
@@alubchicken I did a research and like last comment said, we have to breathe into abdomen for maintaining the stability 👍
Hopefully is doesn’t leave scratch marks on my shoulders
What are your thoughts on lifting in flat shoes (or barefoot) vs shoes with a heel?
beautiful
I wish my wrists were more tolerant of the clean grip. It’s what I use, but my aging wrists disapprove. 😄
Check out his other tutorial where he explains using straps. I was skeptical until I tried it, and I immediately realized that there is zero place for skepticism in any of this man's tutorials.
Hello! What a type the shoes is this?
бедра мощные .супер ,такие тож хочу.у меня кивок таза .ноги слабые .тягу делаю 90 ,на 6 раз,а приседаю с 50-55 кг .беда .
Exemplary.
I can’t get my wrists even close to that
That can be a struggle. Some people use a cross-arm grip on front squats. The clean grip is the best for me, but it’s a bit painful.

This is stupid. The thumbnail is the exact same two photos.

Aw
I could make a joke but it wouldn't be very humerous.
