Helped me alot thanks, mine was open and locked, didnt even change the code interestingly enough But it felt like I was a night spy opening a banks gold vault 😊😊😂
Could you describe what you're doing to open it though? How often to pull on it, what you're looking for maybe a bit of leeway on the correct number, a sound. Anything?
Hi Akuma, thanks for watching. I'm afraid I'm not going to give a detailed explanation of how to decode one of these locks as this would be very helpful to someone looking to steal from other people's lockers. I would say that without a fairly detailed knowledge of the lock and a bit of skill it is quite difficult. But once you have those it is as easy as it looks here. You'll have to learn the secrets by yourself though!
@@crispix damn! I have a padlock at my place the last tenant left and I've been trying to get it open so I can use it for the gym. Maybe I should just spend the £5 😂 thanks for your reply anyway
Hey. Sadly most reasonably simple combination locks are vulnerable to decodes. This lock is actually somewhat better than the worst ones, and does require some specific knowledge to open fast (I will not say what for obvious reasons). A keyed lock would offer more resistance to being manipulated open, so may be worth considering if you can accept carrying a key, but even then someone who wants to break in could still do so destructively. My recommendation would be to not keep anything of value in your gym locker. I still use this lock because it is convenient, but I leave my wallet and wedding ring at home.
On mine from the gym, the pin was changed while it was unlocked and now it can’t be locked until the pin is put in. I don’t remember the pin. Would this method work for my padlock?
Hey Nick, I have another video which covers this exact question. Check it out from my channel. It isn't too hard, but does require a little patience and concentration. Good luck!
Hi Ashish, thanks for watching. I'm really sorry, but I'm afraid I'm not going to give a detailed description of exactly what I am doing and feeling for here, as although this would be useful for you it would also be very helpful for someone looking to steal from other people's lockers!
Hi Ellie, thanks for watching. Yes, you can do this, but it is a bit tricky, harder than opening one actually, but definitely doable. Before start, if you have some oil a drop or two down the shackle can help, but don't worry too much if you don't. Then, line the shackle up as if to close it and push in with moderate pressure. Keeping the pressure on, turn the wheels. One of them will be harder to turn that the others. You want to turn it until it doesn't want to leave a number, like it is catching on something (it is). Repeat for the other wheels till the lock closes. Getting the right pressure on the shackle and learning what a correctly positioned wheel feels like can be a little tricky, but give it a go, be patient and methodical and pay close attention to how everything feels and it may only take a minute or two. If you have a friend from the gym with one of these locks and a known combination to practice on that would be hugely helpful. Good luck! Let me know how you get on, hopefully you'll enjoy the process as well as getting your lock back.

Thank you so much for this, I’d forgotten my password and it was driving me mad hahah
You decoded a locked one? Good work. But now you have to ask yourself if you are happy to use a lock that someone could open in a minute or less...

@Cripix. Kudos, for your reply. I also have the same worries and concerns on my channel.
@@crispix Whats the point in the video then

thanks. method works.
Hi can you show technique to decode when lock is open and code not known please?
Hey, check out my other videos, I have one on this
The shackle on my padlock is open and pushed down and I can’t get it to come up again in order to lock it, help
Uh oh, that doesn't sound too good. If the wheels still turn it probably is fixable, but at this point you might be best to invest £5 in a new lock
Is there a better combination lock than this that you can recommend for purchase to use at PureGym?

I bought a padlock today and forgot my code after resetting from zero.
How can i unlock the padlock?

I legit just used this method to crack the code on mine thanks V much💪🏽
😂😂😂 hope I don't go the same pure gym as you 😂
But you'll never know for sure...
What should I do when mine is unlocked, but I forgot the code. Can I also do what you just did on the video?
