people turn during the night, you sleep on your back and you sleep on the side. You do not get up and switch a pillow around if you change position.

Yes, that can be an issue. I have slept on this pillow myself and I can tell you it had no issues turning the pillow around at night. It may take some time for people to get use to that. My patients use it also and have no issues with that part.

Hello,I’ve been suffering with shoulder pain for around 6-7 years.
For around 4 years I’ve noticed a higher amount of pain when it flares up after training..for around four years now I get really bad mid to lower kneck pain.
I’ve watched your video with the exercises on c4/5 strengthening and just tried it.
My chiro in Melbourne,Australia has given me that hard foam kneck aligner.
I also notice from when my pain started I feel very brain dead, cloudy, can’t concentrate and forget allot of things.
Are you able to refer me to someone you know will help me?
