There it is! I've got a newer fridge and am quite handy. I've also seen the other vids about removing ice, unblocking holes, checking for clogged exit line...and all I could say was, 'why has this never happened before?' and ''this can't be right, what a bad design.' You were first to mention the heating circuit in the coil. I can see that wearing out before I could believe that design engineers built in a faulty design that would require regular maintenance - maybe in 1940, but not 2010. But how to test that - go through all your steps and see if it returns? 'Planned obsolescence.'
