What issue are you having, the same as the one in the video? I don’t have a model number, but if you don’t have an ice maker. That is a probability.open the back cover. Is you have ice in the drain area or email me a video and I can let you know. Thanks for watching

I appreciate it. The one in the video is a Harbor Freight brand. Works great, but you have to use distilled water. When I was using tap water, it would stop working in 6months . Now with distilled, been doing great more than 2 years. I’m upgrading to this one. A fellow tech been using it for over 4 years strong.
