Great videos as always pin. I finally passed my driving test yesterday after failing once before. I have watched so many of your videos and they have been a huge help so wanted to say thank you for all your help and knowledge and I wish you all the best. To anyone with tests coming up you’ll be fine just take your time.
fairplay to her wanting to sharpen her skills
The fact that she is aware of and recognises her weak spots that is the most amazing thing already! She'll do great 100%
She'll get there. I imagine its hard work being an instructor even though Pin makes it look easy
My instructor needs such a lesson ,that’s for sure ,respect for this lady
switch instructors
So much respect to the lady for reaching out for self improvement. She mentioned shes already had learners pass so must be doing a good job but self reflection is so important. BUT to then also do it on camera is pure bravery too.
Also great to see Pin in full flow too. Excellent video all around :)
Pin is a hero. I love his content. He's always trying to help people weather they're a learning or a driving instructor who's just qualified. Legend
We all learn from our mistakes, whether we are the student or the teacher. Kudos for her coming on. When I started learning, my instructor had difficulty getting through to me, as I was listening to a sequence of instructions and didn't really get the simultaneity of the the foot movements.
We don’t know each other Bin, but I just wanted to say a big thank you for these videos. I passed in Germany 24 years ago and have been living in the UK for a few years now.. I always said I would never drive in the UK, it’s to dangerous and my anxiety wouldn’t let me drive anyway. Well thanks to you and your course and videos plus 4hrs of refresher with a driving instructor, I can say there’s no place I wouldn’t drive to :) Thank you for your help 😊
Big respect for Gemma. She will be good instructor. But everything comes with practice. I'll never be an instructor because I'm nervous driver.
For first time on big roads I think if the instructor is confident, takes responsibility, and does it at the appropriate time (when the learner is ready) then the learner is less likely to be jittery.
It might be down to being filmed but in the video she gave off a nervous energy, which could in turn cause a learner to be nervous because they'll think you think they aren't ready, or even just over-cautious in an attempt to please you.
This is just a little introduction of how difficult this must be. I find this fascinating. The difficult thing about it is you want to give as much instruction as possible but not confuse someone with too much info. Looks really difficult
I think it is good that she does this, I am also working on becoming a driving instructor, and would also do this to see what another instructor thinks of my teaching method, just to make yourself a better instructor, and thus make it easier for a student.
I also don't think it would be wrong if Pin lets her drive and gives the instructions, so that she also sees how he gives a lesson
I can’t find ur channel brother
I’m an instructor
It takes me to ur main channel
😢
She’s is doing great 👍
I past my driving test a day ago and I look at your videos for more help but this teaching another instructor is really great. I think a lot of instructors here in Scotland they need some extra lessons.
She seems a lovely woman, but does she realise coming across this anxious about her ability to instruct publicly will affect her business and even students confidence in their instructor 😂
I actually completely disagree someone who has the ability to teach already honing their craft when the need isn’t there shows dedication and would fill me with confidence that they want the best for their students
@fallenhighwind12 perfectly agree with you. Never stay still, always learning and improving
I agree with you both, but there is a time and a place. Need to look at this objectively - this is a large platform
@@ewan4212 she is working on becoming a better instructor for her students. Nothing to be ashamed or scared of. She cares about providing and being better for them. If any potential or current students don't get that then they have no place being her students. She will definitely be a better instructor after this training
Instructors are not robots, it's a learning process
Pin is a great driving instructor, instructor!
Gemma is Lovely, she is open and happy for feedback😮
Nice video.😅
Fair play to her being honest
She's actually really good. I think a lot of what she needs improvement on will come with experience. Also a lot harder to do when you're on camera and you know you're exposing weaker areas.
She will get there, the more students she has itll become second nature
I failed my test because of one road marking that was not correctly marked
Is you guys really happy to drive a vehicle like this seriously...just like a robot come to India just see how they drive 😂
DGN Instructor Training, last video 5 years ago. 🤣
Respect to instructors, it’s not a job I could ever do even if my driving was immaculate. The stress alone of near accidents would send me into an early grave 😭
Same 😅
How can i watch the 2nd part?
she probably came for exposure 😭😭
but bless her
dgn you are an amazing soul brother
Loved seeing you on the telly Pin! Keep up the good work ❤
pin never signalled to leave the roundabout at 16.42
My instructor said coasting isn’t a mistake on the test , only if you lose cantrol it’s a serious . Is he right?
Well I would advise not to coast when you can. During my test I was speeding cos of a bad satnav which I thought I failed but I passed because they said my general all round driving was great. You may not fail for coasting but it might change the invigilators assessment on if you pass or not
Coasting isn't really a problem when its needed. I'll give a bad example of coasting: You're on a motorway and you see you need to leave the motorway to get to your destination, so you put the clutch down straight away when you start braking. Coasting at speed is bad. Coasting in a car park where you need tight clutch control won't be marked
respect for wearing such white shoes!
At least she is honest! Fair play to her
Hi, where can I find the DGN driving instructor, please ?
Surely by the time the learner goes on these roads they should understand which order the mirrors to look in. When i leearned the pattern my instructor had was top to bottom so ir was mirrors being center at the top then check to your right or left so simply mirrors and check right rarther than check your center mirror then check your right mirror. Keep it simple so key word and phrases

What's name car plea
@1:34 thik he? Lol
2dn viewer love your stuff man keep it up
0:32 " i probably wont leave that in" 😂 well.....
He actually said he was probably gonna leave that in anyway, not that he won't leave it in
VERY nervous woman
She's learning and improving it's fine and normal
Exactly @@Manaztradesfx
I can help her with that. 😊

This would be great if she was doing her part 3 training. But to already have passed her part 3 and still admit she doesn't know what she's doing?
Driving with my instructor was probably the most confident and safe I felt driving. In this video, this lady doesn’t give off that vibe but I reckon she’s just extremely nervous plus she’s next to Pin and on camera. Maybe she’s different with students. But if an instructor doesn’t have an authoritative personality in driving, a high risk job, I’d not feel safe with them. 😅
Where you are learning to drive she is learning to teach
@@wrightwoodwork I mean she doesn’t give off that vibe that would have allowed me to feel confident and safe with her, which was crucial
@@SophFitz20 I think its because she isn't in the position to be giving off authority, she's being taught and is the learner in this situation, she's in an area she doesn't know, is on camera and is with pin who she doesn't know, I am confident etc but I am like this when being taught as I am the learner
