- Magnus Carlsen and Hikaru Nakamura possibly played their last ever bullet tournament ever together in the latest Bullet Chess Championship because Magnus since has expressed very little interest in participating again.
Getting a 90%+ accuracy in a bullet game is impressive, but doing it consistently in a bullet match is astounding, but maybe it's not because of how good these two are?

Hikaru and Magnus are better at creating completely baffling positions that no normal human can comprehend and then somehow playing with 99.99% accuracy
Theyre not playing more aligned with the engine, it’s the engine that learned from them to begin with.
I can’t emphasize this enough this is horrible, terrible, awful choice of music for this video. Freaking horrendous.

Can someone tell me where I can find out when this event is about to happen so I can watch it live?
This year’s main Speed Chess event will start from July 25, and finals will be played live in Paris on September 6-8. The exact timings haven’t been posted yet I think. You can follow any such major chess event by going to chess com/events or the event tab in the mobile app.

Hikaru is the undisputed king of bullet chess and has been for many years. It doesn't surprise me at all that he completely dominated this match.

Hikaru is probably the best player in bullet, blitz hes also one of the best, but hes not as good in classical
But currently he's strong enough in classical and almost equal to current Fabi, the classical goat second to Magnus
"Not as good in Classical" yeah, I suppose top 3-5 in the world isn't quite as good as arguably best of all time.
