Back in the time, no phones, no devices. hosts and interviewers ( not all, but most ) were prepared, memorizing their questions, knowing what to ask based on the matter. there was an interest in doing things right. It seems like today it's mostly done for many with JUST the mentality of whatever, ether way I get views, likes and comments, that's what I care.

did kramnik forget all of the games he played outside of online, i'm curious if danya played blindfold chess, wouldn't that immediately just disprove him being bad at the game and unable to play against intermediate players? also, it just looks like he wants to win arguments. if i want to accuse someone of cheating, i would do it in a calm matter to try and get as much info as i could. he on the other hand, assumes and then takes that as fact. looks at himself as the greatest detective, and goes blind to any argument that says otherwise. if he really has strong evidence, he has to first talk to the cheater privately. what if you're wrong? innocent people have been imprisoned not one time, and he knows that damn well. i'm not even an intermediate but even i know that "intuition" just means your brain tells you that you "like" this move, to call that cheating is absurd. what if his intiution was a blunder? kramnik wouldn't look at that blunder, or, "intuition" but only look at what just so happens to be the right move. isn't that exactly what puzzles train you to do? what are puzzles for if not to train your intuition and make a move that is good without needing to think too much? when i see an advanced checkmate, it would take me a long time for my first time. then after i see a couple more examples, it just becomes automatic, my brain just goes "ah, it's this checkmate probably." am i cheating? no, is he? kramnik says yes.

Im sorry but. I appreciate them trying to interview the players to get some of their perspective. But the way they set up some of their questions are just ridiculous and absurd. Seems to me like its a "hollywood" vibe, trying to ask certain questions, probing emotions, in the hopes of garnering views. Im sure its not hard for the players to recognize that and feel discomforted by it. Seems totally reasonable the players would get upset some times and feel patronized or taken advantage of.
