If you could ask any mechanic they would say this car is fitted with honda amaze suspension
Everything else is just perfect.
We bought Elevate no issues with suspension it eats potholes in breakfast first gain knowledge and then come kiddo

For me below points are important while making buying choice
1. Low running cost(basically kita deti hae😂)
2. Big boot space.
3. Good headlamps(i do 2500 kms of night highway riding a month)...this is very important
4. Good ground clearence. For bad hilly roads
5. Cruise Control with Automatic gearbox

elevate has 458 ltrs bootspace. Hyryder does not satisfy your bootspace criteria.
The blue shirt guy has such a bias for Taigun. They’re in the middle of the offroad test and the grey shirt guy is saying that this isn’t as comfortable but the blue guy just HAS to talk about high speed.
Thats not what y’all were even measuring at that point.
They were correct, he was talking about suspension tuning which is hard which is directly transaltes to your stability at high speeds. So it made sense.. and he bluntly said the ride quality was not good on taigun so where is bias..
It's a shame the way you did the headlight test.
Many features are missing in Elevate than the competitors especially no rear disk brake and ADAS is given without Radar and during rainfall it’s not reliable and not accurate.
They are comparing a 1.5 turbo petrol to NA engine. I mean no one buys these 1.5 turbo petrol as they are pathetic in mileage. This channel is pro hyundai. Creta sales are more of NA lethargic engine
1.5 CRDi is the most sold engine of Creta

We are comparing cars of the same segment. Some cars have 1.5 turbo, some have 1.5 hybrid and some have 1.5 NA. That’s the whole point of having a comparison.
I work in sales , out of the 30 cretas i sold in a year , 28 were petrol ex , s and s plus knight varients , and one were creta E diesel and one were the dct varient
So most of the buys go for the 1.5 NA only
Bulk of the sales are NAs only
Turbo in fact burns the fuel completely if you drive turbo petrol normally or sedated way it gives more mileage than NA. Elevate mileage is less than creta NA in realtime world. Not sure why Honda still selling 25 years old technology.
Grand Vitara should have been there in this comparison

Because it's mostly left out by customers looking to buy a car in this segment. So it doesn't make sense to include it. It's power is quite less and only filled with cheap interiors and tech

Overall a good comparison. However, bottle holder test was irrelevant. Instead, the reviewers could have utilized that time for mileage comparison both in city traffic & on highways..

Mostly it is expected to get 5 stars and bncap will not mention about body structure
if you want mileage, go with seltos/creta diesel options
if you want petrol, go for elevate (highly reliable, no-nonsense car, powerful and can beat creta DIESEL in drag race)

i.e. less external sounds, less thuds and crashes from suspension, seats are comfortable, roomy cabin, best sound system

At least use the most up to date Taigun. Using without electric seats and subwoofer version and then comparing music quality and saying there is no sub. 🙆
Also height adjust is there with electric seats even for co-passenger.
We asked Volkswagen for a Taigun for this comparo, this is what they sent us.

Not really. We have always said in our comparos that Hyryder and Grand Vitara have an upper edge by being the only cars in the entire segment to actually have SUV credentials with optional AWD. Hybrid is great too and the only areas where these two cars lack is the premium feel in the cabin which needs to be addressed.
@pgohil100. That’s true but considering other cars both of hyryder and vitara came in 2021 where other cars comes after with their facelifts if you compared seltos, creta of their 2021 models you will see same premium and features.

If you want a no nonsense easy to live with car then i understand why many people are commenting Elevate. Still majority of the people go for Creta or Seltos simply because people fear Missing out on all the extra features they provide especially since they are putting 'Their own money' into buying their cars and even if you people lie to yourself Creta and Seltos are way ahead in almost every critera that's why they sell and have been selling like hot cakes for years now.

Honda is from japan which inarguably makes the best cars (and the only company I believe that makes their own parts for engine and transmissions so its cohesive a la apple)
They are the biggest engine manufacturer in the world including bikes boats and even planes etc so engine will be the best
They won multiple awards for safety in the world for their CRV cars before safety was a thing so it would obviously trickle down
They have a philosophy of man maximum car minimum which makes them design good space inside vehicle (Jazz despite measuring small rivals inside space of some SUV's), plus their front seats are best in class.
Ergonomics and space - they always design good ergonomics and have started shifting their cars away from touch screen before any manufacturer realised this
I own a jazz that's not been serviced in over two years (at this point just testing how long it lasts before giving problems) and guess what, runs exactly as it did 6 years ago! so its bulletproof.
Feels like he already had his mind made up on the hyryder. I have maruti GV and let me tell you only the interiors are not good but rest all things are best.

1. Driving pleasure - both Kushaq and Taigun are leaders. The Koreans aren't far behind with their 1.5 turbo petrols and N-Line. Astor is nowhere near the top in this aspect
2. Interior "rich materials" can also be found in the Koreans
3. Build quality - Taigun and Kushaq are undisputed leaders in this regard

Clearly the launch of Creta have stormed the market and everyone is under pressure. Yes if one car was missed it's Brezza which deserved the place as it's equally deserving considering it's 1.5l Hybrid 4 Cyl unit as well.
But I would any day pick CRETA N LINE N10 M as it has the perfect blend of performance, looks, features and price and engine cum gearbox, reliability and resale.
Thank you for the kind words. Actually Brezza is a sub-4metre vehicle which is why it falls in a lower segment rivalling cars like the Venue, Sonet, Nexon and XUV300
@@pgohil100 I understand, that's a logical reason though. But you have indeed done a staright from the heart job. But yes one genuine feedback, your editor isn't practical and precise on editing. Check it for yourself, a lot of stats are given wrong and do recheck ur videos after rendering before uploading. In Taigun it's DCT written and no DSG. We don't expect such silly errors from a brand of MOTORBEAM. Chose editors who are not just good in editing but having automobiles knowledge equally who just doesn't work on scripts given to them but use their own mind when they add text to video.
You are telling engine specs in PS and your editor is writing in BHP, these are very silly things which should have been looked by MOTORBEAM TEAM. As a leading automobile channel these kind of sloppy work isn't expected.

I've been a big fan of kia seltos from the start when it got launched in India I would buy if I had that budget but they must improve the safety ratings and you should have tested the headlights throw in the the wrong place you shouldn't test those lights in that area instead of some plain blank road but all around it was a good test
Better get Xuv700 if your budget is 17lakhs. For features you can rely on aftermarket. Nevertheless xuv700 is a big upgrade from Seltos

There is lot of features and tech loaded car(Creta/Seltos).
Elevate doesn't have that much tech and make more interior road noise.
Creta and seltos offering more tech(ADAS L2) and features so price is high compared with elevate.
In Elevate for VX model they are not offering Cruise control which is available in Dzire under 11L...In which way Elevate comes under value for money....😂😂😂😂
