Angels We Have Heard on Bossa (Brass Quintet)

A setting of 'Angles We Have Heard on High' for brass quintet, but written as a bossa nova. The simple yet memorable melody remains unchanged but is enhanced with an accompaniment that includes some light jazz harmonies and progressions and simply syncopated rhythmic vocabulary. Simple enough to be played by young ensembles yet energetic enough to make its way into a professional's playlist.
