Good for them this is the best equipped one of these shops ive seen they actually have jigs stands tables and some power tools instead of on the ground in the dirt with hand tools even their machinists is using indexable inserts and drill bits that don't look like a chunk of rust they try to force with a lever they even got an awesome laser table good for them hopefully the owners see workers with better equipment in better conditions produce faster and better work 👍👍👍
I don't know why it's so surprising for the Western people these same Pakistani people make ships jet fighters and atom bombs. These are small things for them. 🇵🇰🇵🇰😎😎😎
Masood I agree with you. But I think for a lot of western people it's hard to understand because of the workshops and limited tools.

Clever people. As with all these back street manufacturers I noticed they assemble the machines dry, sometimes just a light smear of oil on the moving parts. Some bearings and chains are buried inside the machine - how long before they seize up. They should pack the bearings and chains with grease.

Diese Leute sind sehr gut und sehr fleißig. Die Arbeit an sich ist hochqualitativ. Was mich nur sehr traurig macht ist das diesen Menschen keine Schutzausrüstung wie Sicherheitsschuhe, Schutzbrillen, vernünftige Handschuhe usw gestellt wird. Und hinzu kommt noch die sehr schlechte Bezahlung.

So why don't they just harvest the wheat and forget putting it in a little bundles get it done, who knows why.
In this, there are a few problems one of which is the cost of harvester machine, second is the travelling of machine to the site.
The roads and ways in some areas are not good enough to take that big machine to the farm.
Small farms can't afford a million dollar combine. We we're binding grain in America not that long ago. The Amish still are.

Its ingenious!
It has been designed and made in Pakistan low-cost machinery for the Farmers.
They are usually reverse engineered. Sometimes simplified a bit to suit the local resources. But unfortunately most of the times these machines breakdown too often to be of much value. An engineer has to be chasing these machines to maintain their proper working. In Iran where we make things quality wise a couple of steps higher than Pakistan, we still have too many breakdowns of such workshop_made machinery. But still these men have to be congratulated for being brave enough and skilled enough to even attempt these projects. Good luck to them.

Почему при сварке они гнут електрод? Ну при трудных местах сварки я бы понял. А для чего?
Чтобы проверить, отвалится с него обмазка или нет!)))
когда то, давным давно, на заре своего развития, они нашли старый электрод, который остался от пред идущей цивилизации и само собой гнутый. Ну с тех пор они и думают, что так и надо варить.
Дуга сварки должна совпадать с дугой гнутого электрода, иначе мартышкин труд
Воды бы еще налить в ванную где резак.
а для чего это делают? чтобы станина не перегревалась ?
В начале видео лазер режет,там вода запрещена, только дымоудаление,на плазме конечно вода помогает
