Soak that chicken in Vinegar + Salt water solution for about 45 mins to 1 hour and rinse. You can taste how much cleaner it is.
Emily Morales depends how much chicken you cookin, but on average 3 tablespoons of vinegar.
And it is so clean it doesn't even smell like chicken either. It LITERALLY smells like nothing. That's how clean it should be.

I'm not going to stop washing my chicken, PERIOD!!! However, I've altered my process. I use disposable gloves, I give it a salt bath now instead of running water. I use hot soapy water with a little bleach to clean the sink afterwards and I discard the disposable cloth (handiwipes) & gloves afterwards. I don't care if I have to start using a disposable container outside to wash it, it's getting washed!!!
There are tons of informative documentaries out there concerning our food process that will make you want to become vegan and grow your own food. It's a nasty mess out there with our food processing system.

Or, how the medical industry manages to figure out what things go together to make new medicine? Medical marijuana? Solving climate issues? What blend of gas are cleaner for the environment but still provide the appropriate power for the new engine technology?
