When you mentioned clickbait This is why I love ❤️ watching you two, your so real and yourselves or better yet authentic 😊. I can’t wait to see the video of stacey dad lol, it’s such a blessing to be able to do memorable moments with your family. Much love ❤️ from Texas! 🥰🥰
You haveeeee to do Brazil and anchor in Rio. It lives up to the hype and it's a good regional hub for flights up to Salvador or down to Florianopolis. Plus only ~2 hours from Buenos Aires. The music, food and culture in Brazil is so unique
Hey guys, my wife is a huge fan and watches all your videos! We also live in Tassie! Some must see things in Hobart is Mona museum, Salamanca markets (on every Saturday) there are also some nice bars and restaurants in Salamanca. You can head down south to Geeveston and visit the tahune air walk, it's a big elevated board walk amongst some old growth trees. You can also cross over to Huonville and call into Willie Smith's cider house which has awesome cider! St Helens/ bay of fires on the east coast is amazing, the drive up the coast is beautiful. I would definitely spend a night or 2 at cradle mountain, really beautiful there! Launceston is also nice to visit in the north and has some nice vineyards, Stanley is a good day trip from Launceston to see the nut. Also the west coast is raved about (I've actually never been there, but heard amazing things) so many things to list off, but you won't get bored! Enjoy your time in Tassie guys 👍
We've heard a lot about the Mona musuem actually! Though it has already been covered by another creator for Jetstar so we're not sure we'll get there but the markets are on the plan and a lot of the other spots you mentioned too! I think we will probably going up the East coast for a few more of the well known places, but we keep hearing about the West as well as being a bit more hidden, much like NZ really so we'll see how we go for time
@@DaneAndStacey you can't go wrong with the east coast, so many nice towns to stop in on the way to St Helens & the bay of fires. Iron house brewery would be worth a stop on the way up, along with Kate's berry farm if you love raspberries and ice cream! Bruny island is beautiful also, but not sure on your time frames, there's so much to see! There is a survival show called alone that was filmed on the west coast that might be worth a watch, I've never been but been meaning to go as I've only heard amazing things about the area! Enjoy your time down here guys, if you want awesome beers and feed in Hobart I highly recommend fox friday brewery, the place is amazing!
Pennicott cruise is a must from Port Arthur also at port Arthur has the historical site , Remarkable Cave , Devils kitchen, fossil bay lookout, Tasman arch. Cradle Mountain stunning hikes, Hobart~ food, mt Wellington & Salamanca markets on a Saturday. Freycinet National Park has amazing hikes, Bicheno awesome food at the lobster shack. The Nut at Stanley, Mt field National park ~ Russel Falls. Hastings Caves Too many places 😬 everywhere you go is stunning
Guys we love your videos 😊 we’ve been watching you since 20k subs, and something we always appreciated is that you never clickbaited, your titles and thumbnails has always been true to the video and that distinguish you, and it is one of the reasons why we prefer watching you instead of others ❤❤😊
Awww guys you win the internet today, that means a lot, thank you for hanging with us for so long and even coming back to some of the same locations with us too!
Can't wait to see your Tasmania travels. It's such a gorgeous place and all the food there is delicious. I went ages ago with my friends and we are super low-key travellers so we loved Tasmazia and the Village of Lower Crackpot. Kunanyi/Mt Wellington is a compulsory stop. It was freezing when we went in Summer, so it'll probably be snowy in Winter! We also loved Ashgrove cheese because... cheese. We were roadtripping for five days and barely touched the surface, so I hope you're planning to spend a lot of time there!
We're SO excited for Tassie! Checking the weather daily to mentally prepare for the cold haha. We think you're right about the days, we've got about 8 and initially thought that was lots, but quickly realising that's nowhere near enough to fully appreciate it but still lots of places we can get to!
Tassie recs-east coast! It’s amazing. Esp. Coles bay, Freycinet, Maria island. Fount field national park is also special. Obv. Mount cook cant be missed too STH America- iguazu falls from Argentina side 🙂
Super excited to see more of Stacey's dad in the upcoming Malaysia vlogs! I think it's awesome you got to travel with him and have that experience. FYI, I watched your sunshine coast vlog!
Hello Dane and Stace, Hope this message find you all well.🙏 Sorry to hear, Dane, you're having back issues. Have you tried acupunture and or a chiropractor ? Happy Birthday Stace ! 🎂🎂🎂We would like to join you in Vietnam if we can get cheap flights and make the dates work. Stay Tuned. So Happy for you upcoming nuptials. Stace, it's so precious to see you traveling with dad. He was in his element. And lastly, we are having similar issues with Yuki. Barking, growling for no reason and chewing all sorts of things she shouldn't be. Welcome to being a teenager. Sending you much love and affection from Richmond, Va ❤❤❤ Harriet, Jim and Yuki
Hey again guys! I've had a lot of acupuncture but have been advised to avoid seeing a chiropractor because I've actually got a fracture and slipped disc! We've replied to your email with a few more Vietnam details but will be sending out a wider message in a few weeks time
Can't wait for South America! Outside of Peru, you must go to Patagonia. There is a known journey from Puerto Varas, Chile to Bariloche, Argentina. This is the Lake District and the natural beauty is stunning. ⛰️
If you like contemporary art Mona in Hobart is well work a trip, it's very cool. Get the posh pit tickets on the ferry. The drive to and from Strahan through the mountains is epic, especially coming into Queenstown. Cradle mountain is great too. Bread and butter in Launceston is a great brekkie spot. We really loved the Ile du Phoque boat tour to Maria Island with Maria Island tours. One of our trip highlights.
I have only seen Machu picchu and the Galapagos in South America but i would definitely recommend those! I would love to see you guys do Patagonia. Its somewhere I would love to go but as you mentioned it is so big it is hard to figure out where to go and I love to see your videos to help with planning.
I can't wait to see your trip with Stace's dad to Malaysia and I can't wait for y'all to go back to Veitname too. The one that I'm really looking forward too though is South America\the Amazon. I think I actually requested it a while back if I'm not mistaken I believe you guys had asked if we had any suggestions on new places we'd like to see y'all visit and that was my suggestion so I'm ecstatic. It's such a huge magical place with so much culture and flora and fauna and history but there's not that many travel vloggers that visit there, (or at least not many that have such great, positive, and professional content as you guys do). Congratulations also on the wedding, I knew y'all had to of been together for a long time but I didn't know exactly how long. You can just tell because there's a certain vibe y'all share and such great communication and you can just tell y'all truly love and enjoy being with one another and that type of energy comes with years of being together. I love it
We've had quite a few for South America and you were most likely among them! Also... you're making us blush with your compliments over here "such great, positive, and professional content as you guys do" THANK YOU
Would highly recommend Blue Eye Seafood in Hobart on Salamanca Place! If you go up Mt Wellington, there’s a little coffee shack called Lost Freight & they make the best coffee.
Wauw Some Amazing Trips coming up Machu Picchu i think is one for sure your going that far And i bet its A Bucket list looks just so stunning. From photos and other Films Looking forward to seeing the Trip with you taking Stacey Dad back to Maylaysia ( i can imagine all the emotions for him and Memories ) what an awesome trip to share with you both 💕) Daneger so sorry to hear about your back getting Worse 😯 🤞 the Drs can help you out you don’t have to wait too long. Stacey hope your feeling much beter too . Exciting times with your wedding Next year 😊 nice to hear your planning everything coming together 😍. What an amazing place your holding it to ,so Beautiful . Aww Nalu such a cutie 😂 puber time oh yes they will try any thing out ,just don’t want to listen etc . Your Birthday Trip looked a lot of fun Stacey 😅. Looking forward to watching it all . Thank you for the updates😊 You taking a bit of a break now before your next big travels ? Have a Good week take care 🥰
Next year we are going to all the countries in Asia because me and mom dad want go to Asia and Europe because we never been to Asia can you give us recommendations for us
Thank you! Dane and I have been keeping an eye on Europe airfares but it's just so pricey for us this side of the world lately - hopefully next year! We definitely don't want another NZ winter thats for sure haha
👋One other thing , We have been all over South America. Two countries to go to first is Brasil and Argentina. We would meet there in a heartbeat. Enjoy your week . Harriet, Jim and Yuki
The NZ one was stopped with the various lockdowns and covid threats! There's a few other challenges we're working through which is proving unlikely that we'll be able to do them here unfortunately
At this point I have an Asia trip planned for the very end of this year and follow into next year but I'll see what happens. I had planned to get to Tasmania at the end of last year and take the spirit of Tasmania over but went to Adelaide instead. Depends on how many days you have allocated, apparently 10 is a good number. I would say land in Hobart from Kiwiland and do a lap around Tassie by car or van. That was my plan. Hobart, Port Arthur, Freycinet coast, St Helens, Launceston, Davenport. Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park looks epic to me.
Nice one, sounds like we're on the right path with our planning then based on those locations so hopefully we're covering enough ground in 7-8 days. Though like you said, 10 seems better and there's no way we'll be able to tick it all off unfortunately
@@DaneAndStacey 8 days is better than none. Have everything booked at least 4 months in advance for the December January period. Either side of that is not too bad.
Tasmania trip from a Tassie born and bred. Winter is wonderful and weather will e similar to NZ north island. You must visit the Tamar region in north, Strahan to visit the Gordon River (on the red boat which is the best), west coast around Arthur’s River and Corinna which is just amazing,Stanley has awsome views and seafood. Bay of Fires Coles Bay and of course Hobart is amazing.
eeek getting us excited! I don't think we'll have enough time to go right up North but we're definitely ticking those off along the East coast and up from there - looks like 2 weeks would be ideal but we've only got 8 days!
Guatemala has an excellent tourism infrastructure. The whole city of Antigua is a World Heritage site. The Tikal ruins dwarf even Chichen Itza. You get my drift - don‘t skip that beautiful little country.
Recommended restaurants in Hobart: Aloft, Fico, Frogmore Creek (2 venues, one in the city and the other situated amongst their vineyard at Cambridge which is scenically better imho) and Peppina. Also Glasshouse which is situated directly below Aloft, so both restaurants have stunning waterfront views (being sited over the top of the river Derwent) but I think Aloft’s food is consistently much better. Tasmania is, as you mentioned, a foodie’s paradise so if you pass somewhere that you get a vibe about, stop and check it out, cos there are lots of small hidden gems all over the island. If you’re seafood lovers, look out for scallop pies on anyone’s menu and try it 😋
Thank you! Oh you're getting us so excited for this, it's sounding so amazing. We'll be hunting out as much food as we can, sounds like seafood is the go to and a scallop pis is a must
Tasmania is absolutely amazing. Try the seafood 🦞 on the east coast Bicheno do the lobster shack, the fish and chippy and see the penguins - there was also a taco van next to a bar in town which was pretty good and the wine on way to Freycinet and bay of fires. I also loved the Tarkane of you get up that far.
Thanks!
You guys are the best! We'll put this towards two flat whites ❤
