To answer my question in the video, one funny story was in my late teens early 20’s I’d wear very high stiletto heels almost daily. when I was in hairdressing school I’d foolishly wear these high heels to do hair. Long hours of standing hairdressing. After one long day, I had just enough energy in my feet to get onto the public bus to go home. But when it came to stepping off I learned I’ve failed myself 🤣😭. In front of everyone on the bus. I stepped off the step to get off at my stop and my feet instantly gave out. I went flying into a bush just off the sidewalk. Both my heels went flying into 2 directions. And at the time I had a dinosaur phone (it was one of this old Nokia flip phones. At the time they weren’t “cool”) so the phone also went flying and sliding down the street 🤣 the bus drove off. I did the walk of shame to collect everything. And I walked home barefoot. I’m so happy that the me today, is comfortable enough in her own skin to place comfort before style. And I hope that whoever may be struggling with confidence can feel how I feel today very soon. ❤️❤️❤️
Idk what’s happening with the energy this morning but I sooooo needed this practice to get myself together!!! I felt hopelessly stuck in my body and now I think I can get through my day. I’m a massage therapist and always encouraging self care for my clients, but I have to remember that I need more self care than I allow myself as well. Thanks so much for this Yogi.. you’re a Goddess! ❤❤❤
if you believe in the stars and planets then it could be the recent full moon , for centuries people have felt tired during the end and beginning of a full moon. some believe that the full moon heightens any emotion you have recently been suppressing ! ❤
You are literally the best at teaching Yoga. You're voice is so relaxing and you just make me feel so comfortable Thank you for being the way you are ❤
Yassssss! Did this before work, especially cuz I had a rising negative moment and this helped me to calm down and realize ppl are ppl 😂! Thanks Bird! ❤
Thank you, I love your classes and your teaching style, you don't talk incessantly, beautiful... Oh gosh, funny stories... I'll think 🤣 I pretended to be foreign once and made up my own language at an airport when I was late many many many years ago and I was last to board, I completely overlooked the showing of my passport! Never late again 🙏🏻
I did a lot of shoveling snow and trudging through it in heavy boots today- I did this in the evening and it was absolutely amazing and exactly what my poor hips needed! Thank you!!
I really needed this practice today ❤ my funniest memory was my dad eating my chocolate brownie I was looking forward to eating after a stressful day at work. As I was going to get it he commented on how good it was 😅😅. I just had to laugh to keep from crying 😭 He had mentioned days prior he didn't want to eat chocolate anymore 😅😅
Lmaoooo omg that reminds me. when I was younger. My dad was busy and ask me to grab him an Italian biscuit from my nonna who lived downstairs from us. Shed make them fresh. If you can imagine: they were in the shape of a bracelet like a thin wide donut. Anyways. I was always annoyed that he made me go and grab him some so I ended up wearing it like a bracelet and twirling it around on my arm before giving it to him. It probably had my dead skin and arm hair all over it 🤣😭🤣😭🤣😭🤣 had he known. He probably would have stopped asking me to get him one from downstairs 🤣
Wonderful practice.. thank you Bird …. Thinking about my funniest too !!! Hmmmm .. good exercise in how life ., just is .. in all of its moments … Namaste 🙏
Thanks for stunning relaxing practice❤️As for funniest thing in my life, I remember many funny moments, but one was very special. My grandpa had recorded on VHS camera daily routine of my older sister and me, when we were young. One day, he asked me on camera, what I would do if I want to go for a walk? I seriously looked at him and said :”Dudunka, let’s go for a walk!”. After this cause all his colleagues and friends called him only “Dudunka” for a long time😂
Lovely ❤ I’ve been feeling a bit lonely for my friends and family lately. This helped me to just relax this morning. Feeling much better. Thanks Bird 💕
Hey bird, these morning videos are hitting the spot! Thank you so much for posting them! Can you put them in a Playlist so we can save them all together, please?
I think today’s practice has been funny . I’m trying to relax with 3 dogs all playing together Jumping all over me . Not very relaxing but made me laugh . Love my fur babies 😂❤
ok first of all love your videos + this one hit the spot. second, the funniest thing that ever happened to me: one time my friend invited me to a taping of jimmy fallon's show where jennifer lopez was the main guest. after the taping my friend and i were standing in a hallway backstage chatting about where we're going to get dinner. suddenly i see jennifer lopez coming down the hall. fur coat, stilettos, big shades, seventeen bodyguards. i go dumbstruck. she stops next to us, turns to my friend, and asks him a question. i'm breathless waiting for my friend to answer... and he just says to me, "well there's this pizza place a few blocks away that's supposedly to be really good." somehow... he did not register... at all... the presence of jennifer lopez. i had to say, "buddy i think jennifer lopez is trying to speak to you." he turns his head, jumps three feet in the air, and says, "oh my god, i'm so sorry." jlo repeats her question. he answers it. she strides off on her stilettos with her 17 bodyguards. i will never let my friend live it down.
