TÊMPERA WITH NATURAL PIGMENTS

One of the biggest challenges that arose in the pandemic period in Brazil and in the world was to teach at a distance.
With the intention of guaranteeing students the right to learn, we created the Navegarte Channel, for the community, teachers and students to digitally navigate through the Universe of Art and other areas of knowledge. In the videos we propose concepts and experiments that can be deepened in an interdisciplinary way.
For Science days, we selected the preparation of Tempera with natural pigments as the guiding thread for new learning.
We launched students with a questionnaire to raise hypotheses about where we can find natural pigments, what the soil composition is, how the first hominids communicated, what raw materials they used, how ancient artists produced paints, etc ...
We present a video class addressing the themes mentioned above, deepening knowledge about what is pigment, composition of soils, percentage of its components, importance of using natural pigments in rock paintings, in frescoes and in the preparation of spices, highlighting the works of the Italian artist. Brazilian Alfredo Volpi.
We open virtual spaces for doubts and reflections.
We propose students to go out into the field in the backyard or around the area to observe, collect and photograph samples of different types of soil.
After that, the students inventoried the samples, recording the place where they were collected, as well as the characteristics in relation to the components of the soils: wet, dry, porous, with little organic matter, clay, etc. organizing them in a table.
We present a video class about painting frescoes and the natural elements used by Alfredo Volpi in spices.
We experimented with paintings with the collected materials and recorded them through videos and photographs for virtual exhibition.
We recorded students' reports establishing relationships between what they learned about soil components, transformation of matter and the colors presented by samples of natural elements.

Sejam bem - vindos (as) ao Canal NavegARTE!
Os vídeos semanais são apresentados pela Profª Cláudia e pelo Profº Jean Carlo. Ambos participam do GPAE, sob orientação do Profº Dr. Cléber de Carvalho Lima e foi nesse grupo de estudos que surgiu a ideia de criar um projeto com vídeos ou portfólio digital sobre Arte.
O Projeto tem como objetivo compartilhar de forma dinâmica e divertida assuntos relacionados ao Universo da artístico.
Viabilizado por meio do canal, esse projeto pode contribuir tanto na aquisição do conhecimento das crianças quanto na dos adultos ou educadores pois gradativamente, traz vídeos que facilitam o processo de ensino e aprendizagem em Arte e auxilia no desenvolvimento das Dez Competências Gerais citadas na BNCC.
As pesquisas para as elaborações dos vídeos consideram ainda as seis dimensões do conhecimento: Criação, Crítica, Estesia, Expressão, Fruição e Reflexão, dentre outros inúmeros e fascinantes aspectos relacionados ao Componente Curricular Arte!
