You can get the sodium Benzoate from a big bake shop, that's where I normally get mine. And yes you can add it into your greek yogurt. If you watched my video on greek yogurt you will see how I incorporated the preservative.
Pls ma I want to ask bcs I want to try this food color for example , I want to make banana flavor, if I want to buy banana flavor, will I buy both the banana food flavor and the liquid flavor use both flavors at once to achieve banana flavor ?
@@agbaniesther3721 For The Banana Flavored Yogurt, You will need to buy the banana liquid flavor and yellow food colour, because the yellow food colour is what gives it that banana colour. Hope I'm able to answer your question?
@@yummiesbyberrylicious pls ma for someone that want to produce for commercial use what is the best starter to use, bcs the Nafdac woman told me not to use someones yoghurt in the supermarket as my starter , pls what is is the best start to use to produce in large quantity
I learnt that corn starch and pectin can be added to yoghurt to make it thicker and not separate after sometime. Pls at what time during the production should the corn starch and pectin be added
I Don't Know Much About the pectin and corn starch but if with the little knowledge I have about yogurt, everything you want to add, should be after you have made and incubated your yogurt. So that means you can add them when the yogurt has been incubated and ready. Hope you understand me?
@@yummiesbyberrylicious you add them during fermentation. corn starch to be specific should be added and mixed with the yogurt before finally inoculating with your culture.
Yes I did cus of the consistency I was going for. Remember I said in the video that the water is dependent on the consistency you want. If you use 2cups of hot water or 1&1/2 cups for the quantity of milk used in this recipe, You will get a very good yogurt. The only difference is the consistency. I hope you understand me?
Woooow!!! Sorry about that but can't really tell why it happened that way cus this has been my recipe for years and I have never heard such experience. Pls check and be sure your ingredients are not expired and your measurements are correct.
Very interesting so you make yoghurt without boiling the milk. I love this no stress

How about we add d real strawberry for colouring will ot alter d taste or texture
Please Don't Use fresh Strawberries, The strawberry flavor is preferable for yogurt . You use fresh strawberries for parfait okay.
Can i use farm fresh for my culture
Any unsweetened yogurt that has live culture in it can be used. So if the farm fresh is unsweetened and has live cultures then you can use it
Where can I get the white ingredient in that bottle you put in the yogurt at last mints
