I was going to say. UA-cam anglers make their money by telling people their secrets. Professional fisherman make their money by keeping their secrets from other people. Two different worlds.
I’ve learned more and applied to my fishing more from TRF, BassFishingHQ and TacticalBassin in the last 2 years then any other content or TV out there. I even have a signed KVD reel used by Tyler that I bought from him and use today! When anyone asks me how to learn fishing I point them to those 3 channels especially both your channels! Your viewers appreciate all your hard work!
I agree with all that you have said. Learning content and sharing videos and equipment and baits . Teaching techniques and seasoned experts in helping out angler's and creating awesome programs. Thank you and God Bless you guys too.
I'm was NorCal guy for 25+ years. I fished against and with Chris Zaldain and got to be buddies with Matt Allen before Tactical Bassin. So I see both sides. Both guys are super nice, and habe forgotten more about big fish hunting than most will ever even know. I've followed your channel for a while and really like your take on bass fishing via UA-cam. Its entertaining and educational. That's a huge difference is the educational aspect. It helps people to break down information versus just watching people go out and fish. Keep up the good work!
When I got back into fishing last year I jumped on UA-cam for informative videos for certain lures. You and Tyler were the first videos that popped up. I subbed and turned on the alert. Y’all have the best content for new fisherman. I just recently started following Zaldein and love the content he provides. I am truly grateful for what y’all do for the fishing community.
Way to go Tyler for having the “other” Tyler on! Watch both of you almost daily. Keep up what you’re doing, you’re both great teachers besides being great anglers. Tight lines!!
Tyler definitely know what he’s talking about when it comes to UA-cam. I mean he called it like it is with the teaching channels: yours, his, and tactical, plus ol’ Debo. I constantly watch y’all for that purpose to learn. I’ll also watch Milliken to learn but also because I like the 6th sense brand and he likes showing off some of their new stuff. Then I like watching kickin their bass and fletcher the fisherman for the “fun” side of fishing (the goofing around and just having a good time aspect). Goes to show that almost any “aspect” of fishing can be used for content creation. I couldn’t really think of a reason the pros wouldn’t use UA-cam in one way or another simply as a tool to reach an audience. Gaining that avenue to influence would definitely aid them in one way or another.
It’s pretty cool for me watching this. I’m an older guy, got into fishing after most of my kids were grown. The “edu-tainment” aspect of your alls channels is what keeps me locked in focused and trying all kinds of stuff I never would have. In the process I’ve discovered what works for me and landed some good fish. As a kid I used to watch bill dance outdoors and loved it. Now I’m watching you guys and still watching Bill Dance. Thank you all for doing what you do and striving to educate entertain and keep the spirit of fishing alive. God bless you all!
👍👍 I've learned more from the UA-camrs because they explaine more in depth about bait, tackle and how to fish, especially for us beginners. But now the pros are YouTubing... love it!
I’ve gotten better at fishing simply from watching you guys and other YTs. The pros videos they seem everything is a hidden gem. But YTs will give all their or almost all their information of their baits. It’s about watching someone else enjoy catching their PB. It’s about God and the outdoors and enjoying your time fishing 🎣
I've learned a lot from both UA-camrs and pros, but it's been much easier to learn from UA-camrs because the content is much more plentiful & accessible. However, the line is going to start being blurred more as we see more pros get serious about content creation and more content creators get into professional fishing. I was pumped about KVD's annoucement that he would be diving more heavily into creating content - and I learned a ton from reading his "Bass Strategies" book. I was equally excited last year when Ben Milliken announced he was going to compete in the Bassmaster Opens. The blurring of the line between content creators and pros is the next step in the evolution of professional bass fishing, and it's going to greatly increase the sport's exposure as well as the wealth of information out there.
Awe. I thought we were going to see a head to head competition between our favorite bassing anglers. Dont care who wins. Just want see the banter on the water.
It’s very rare that great pros in any sports are good teachers. They tend to be self focused and too inward facing. Which is fine but don’t ask for advice and expect mind blowing insights. T & T put out some of the best educational content without the gimmicks.
Hey really like both of your channels! Thanks to both of you for your content. I also have the same three interests but not Ohio State. Tennessee football is my passion! Go VOLS!!!
You definitely have your pick of UA-camr anglers, pro and non-pro when it comes to learning fishing techniques. Some better than others. I tend to target local UA-camrs as they fish my local bodies of water. For me personally I'd say UA-cam anglers have been the most influential on buying tackle but thats about it. For me personally and speaking from experience, I've found I've become a more effective angler by spending time on the water and not so much watching UA-cam videos. Also local guides are/ were a tremendous help as well. When it comes to teaching/ instruction UA-cam anglers are good for a baseline but that is about it. Too many variables on what bait/ technique is more effective. I also believe some UA-cam Anglers push products based on their sponsorship, products that may necessarily work well on your body of water. It is what it is though.
You know what would be wonderful and guaranteed alot of views Tyler & Tyler Vs Matt and Tim from Tactical Bassin and it doesn't matter who knows wins it would be a great video (s) you guys could even split it up between all of the channels so its not just one specific channel and there would be no favoritism or conflict of interest i would even pay to see that LoL 😊😊😊
It's interesting that the channels with the most subscribers are the ones where they mostly just catch fish: Jon B 1.74 M, Googan Squad 1.02 M, and KickintheirBASSTV 889 K. They all seem to be youth oriented with humor. Not my cup of tea exactly, but I watch them occasionally. I think Debo's is under-rated.
UA-cam all day shoutout: Bassfishing hq, addicted fishing, todays anglers, angler up with brant, hey skipper, ndyakangler, Damien thao, monster Mike, blacktiph, Sammy hitzke fishing, etc I watch you guys when I fish 😂😂😂😂 beer one hand & headphones in. UA-cam all day, weekends we are on the water.
I subscribe to both of you and with all the Bla Bla Bla I fell asleep 😴 Sorry I thought this was going to be some sorta fishing challenge between pros and UA-camrs. My bad.
I think I pray more when I'm fishing then I do at church "God please let me catch a fish" "God please don't let him throw the hook" "God that's a gorgeous fish" "Thank you God for a good day fishing" Lol
Well, let's see, I gotta be honest. I've learned almost everything from youtube anglers and darn near nothing from pros.
Pros are kinda like older grandmas.. they have recipes they'll never share.. same with angling tips..
@@demondaddy585great analogy lol

Thanks for having me on T Berg!

Love to see a 2 day tournament between the pros and Tubers.

I watch both you and Tyler religiously. Love both your content
BassFishingHQ and TRF are the best informational and instructional fishing channels on UA-cam.
Congrats to the new baby fisherman
Thank you Mike!

Y'all's last few episodes have been excellent. Keep it up guys!

You are both my favorite to learn from you guys are the best on UA-cam. "All Stars"
Man I wasn’t expecting the buisness talk but I love it. Most of the UA-cam I watch is either fishing or buisness/sales so this was great!

Been following TRF since he was in high school. He is an awesome representative for the bass fishing industry.
Oh we have to put on a "Pond Master Classic" How do we make that happen, Tyler and Tyler?
Awe. I thought we were going to see a head to head competition between our favorite bassing anglers. Dont care who wins. Just want see the banter on the water.
I’ve got a challenge vs T Berg on my channel!

I've learned from the best teachers on how to bass fish and it's all on UA-cam
I like watching your fishing shows unlocked for you so far

Can't forget Hunter use to do videography himself before he was a well known angler.
Good advise guys
This guy must live in MN. Watched this today and saw him pulling his boat in Brooklyn Park this afternoon!
Ok, so doesn’t live in MN, was here today?
I just spend most of my summers in Minnesota!
I spend 2 months a year in Minnesota@@shaffner2

No love for Greg Blanchard?
Hope this video convinces you to get me on the list!
I talk to myself all day aswell
I subscribe to both of you and with all the Bla Bla Bla I fell asleep 😴 Sorry I thought this was going to be some sorta fishing challenge between pros and UA-camrs. My bad.
The difference I see is pros use electronics to catch their fish and most UA-camrs do it the way I think it should be
Is this on spodify??
I bet KVD gets a 7/1 ROI
LOL😂
Oh, they just said it 2 min later 😂
Shout out to Tyler for always mentioning his faith. ✝️
crickets on this comment lol
Thanks Jacob!
