I love seeing the household vibrant with an expanding family! I know you’ll be staying close to home for a while with the new baby. But I do miss the adventures of seeing the farm life and the wine making. I’d love to see locals handcrafted items like weaving or woodcarving. Local artisan items would be an amazing local tour to make. Skills that are handed down from generation to generation are so worthwhile to keep alive and well.

What a beautiful salad. I noticed that when you cut those beautiful tomatoes, there was no tough, woody section from the stem. That means your food has not been genetically engineered like here in the USA. That is a good thing. You are eating so healthy and you all show it. The baby is just a beautiful little boy to go along with his beautiful sister. I love sharing these simple moments with all of you. For a German , that’s a real strange breakfast . I mean , when you at least would put it into a big pan and stir fry the lot a bit and use some eggs and make a omelette. A nice coffee and some baguette together with the omelette , is then something you could call a breakfast . And for us , the smell of winter is Lebkuchen und Glühwein und Stollen . And a must do is to meet friends on one of the many Christmas markets. So it is a bit different to yours .

Don't be confused by what health professionals say about salt or fat. Salt is good for you. Without salt your guts turn slimy your eyesight will diminish, and other things you wouldn't want. I'm 45, my Mom told me to eat MORE salt. It's essential for a lot of things.
Doctors have always oversimplified what to change in your diet since at least the 60's with the inception of seed oils and margarine. Don't put your trust in what doctor's say about diet and food, consult a modern nutritionist first. Doctors only get 3 weeks training on nutrition and food health. They don't know what most people can research Today just online. Most fat is good for you also. Ruminant trans fat only occurs in nature if you eat cow or goat. And other red blooded 4 legged animals

I was watching and listening to you as I was preparing eggplant to fry in olive oil for Eggplant Parmesan. I enjoy watching your progress and Sati’s ! Junior is adorable!!! And, yes, I just made baked cauliflower a couple days ago… and love it, too! You can add different spices each time to change it up. Peace and Love to you and yours! ❤❤❤❤
