I mean she has been just the paragon of trustworthiness and probably couldn’t tell a lie even if she wanted too. I mean she is just SOO honest and kind to everyone. Still salty about not getting the cake, although even if we did end up getting it GLaDOS would have either laced it with neurotoxin, or some experimental new drug that has equal chances of killing us, doing nothing or giving us superpowers. Also somewhat relatedly, Autocorrect did NOT like Chell’s name and kept trying to change it to things like “a hells”. I find it fitting that 2 A.I apparently hate Chell

I did a study of your Glados' design over time a good while back, and my main critique of the, at the time, most recent design was that the whites in the body didn't feel segmented. The top here really gets the vibe of the chest plate on the game model. It's really cool to see how you keep improving and iterating on the design to make it feel more like Glados!
Somehow GLaDOS using an old school touchpad phone makes this even more mean spirited. She's an advanced AI that's wired into the building and can control pretty much everything that happens there. But no just to spite Chel she takes here time to get out an old phone, dial the number, and wait for an answer.

Honestly it's Chell's expressions that sell these animations for me. She's 120% done with GLaDOS' crap, and is likely only prevented from biting back because 1. She doesn't have a voice actress, and 2. She's just that focused on getting these crazy tests over with.
i love the portal content that maggie makes and i was almost unsure how long it'd be until the next one because the animation is soooo smooth, but this released on my birthday so it basically just made my morning
Portals writing is just so good man, even when I replay it I still laugh at her near comical jeering, and in the sequel Wheatley is almost twice as good
I like how glados realized the insult using the phone made no sense so made a comment in order for it to make sense. It probably one of my favorite lines in the game

What I love about this is that in the next chamber, you can hear the dial tone of a phone amongst the music while solving the test.
