Beethoven literally took all the notes a tenor could sing and wrote them like a piano. Crazy spacing, prestissimo to adagio and back, and many other wacky add-ons
I heard the choral part of this piece was written as an afterthought and without much care about how it would be executed
@@Aexiumthe tenor line reminds me of an oboe line from another one of his works.
As a choir member, I think he hated the choir, particularly tenors
Beethoven really just didn't care about writing a good melody for the tenors😂
I feel like he might have been drunk while composing this. There are leaps that are more than octave
So hard to learn some words on the tenor part but thanks God i'm improving❤.

which bit? 664 is correct
