erg0centric gravity effects the trajectory of the arrow. Think of angles. Bullets, arrows, whatever, all the same.

So are you suggesting the announcer made a stupid comment when they said 'because of science"? Or are you suggesting the announcer should explain ballistics, aerodynamic drag, and orbits in a much better fashion?
