I had read everything within the app but still couldn’t figure out some of the problems I was having. You helped me fix all the problems! I was ready to send the blasted thing back!🤦♀️🤣. One big problem was it was not set for wrist! Came from the factory set this way. Anyway, thanks for the help. You showed me places on the watch I didn’t even know existed. Again, a big thank you.
Mine will not let me stop my exercise session. It pauses and stays there. I try to tell it I'm finished and it goes to water log screen. Anyone else have this issue?
Okay question: how come when I try to change it to wrist mode it says, “enable on wrist? All features are available” and I can’t tap or change anything after that. I can only go back.

No, Sleep Mode is just used to disable notifications, disable screen wake, and dim the displays brightness while you sleep. Sounds like you’ll need to contact Fitbit Customer Support.

Yes. You can change the clock face in the Fitbit app on your phone.
Can I make quick messages on it?
You can quick reply to texts on Android.

Life saver 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I could not understand for the life of me why I was not getting any phone call or text notifications, but my DND was on 😫

When it is fully lit, DND is ON and you won’t receive notifications. When it is dim, DND is OFF, and you will receive notifications. Hope that helps 😊
Is there any way to turn this off? I'm tired of it propping up any time my wrist is bent
I would like to have heart rate - bpm- appear on my clock face so I don't have to tape 5 times to bring iy up. Can you help?

Is there any way to PAUSE step count? Cuz counting (a lot) of steps while driving is making me mad!
You can manually log a “driving” activity in the app to negate the steps.

So to swim with this on, you have to go through the menu each time and fix it to water mode? If you don’t, does it ruin the device?
I did use waterlock and my screen is blank .I tapped it nada
Why do I have only 3 things in my quick settings?
How do I go back to the time clock.every time I open the watch, it shows the water lock and the others but I can't go back to see the time

On 22 May my inspire 2 stopped tracking sleep. On the video now I discovered sleep mode was off. Is that why?
No, Sleep Mode is just used to disable notifications, disable screen wake, and dim the displays brightness while you sleep. Sounds like you’ll need to contact Fitbit Customer Support.
