First my DEF injector went out and I knew it would caught up to my 2015 a3 tdi sooner or later. Should have just bought that $950 straight pipe delete and $300 tune because now I’m dealing with this maybe because it’s 27 degrees out but it was working just fine after test driving it for sitting for 3 months.
Had a similar issue on my A5 2.0Tdi , Was coming up with "Turbo Underboost" took it to a Audi Specalist ran a full diagnosis and determined it was due to soot build up in the dpf there was too much backpressure so turbo was shutting off to save itself , Removed the DPF,EGR and Catalytic Converter been running it like that for little over 2 months and no issues so far (touch wood)
I've changed g42 sensor as the yellow coil keeps flashing. All glow plugs plus glow plug sensor changed. Lambda sensor bank 1 changed. Dpf normfest spray. This made the coil go away for a few days.
I had this same issue. It started with the glow plug blinking and right after that in limp mode, after restarting the car a few times then the orange engine symbol came up. I noticed that if i don't use the car for a week or so then those warning lights don't come back after i use the car. Sometimes i use the car for a few weeks with no issues then thta glow symbol comes up again? I am gonna clear all the (previous) error codes with VCDS and see what error codes it gives when the problem repeat itself again and see what i can find to resolve this.
Hi guys I need help with that too, the glow plug light comes and go sometimes, mine started after putting in the tracker, and it gives me a hustle only when I want to start the car. It's happening now for the second time in different days.
i have an issue kinda like this. an a8 diesel that loses power randomly. no mechanic is able to even find whats wrong! what is the smartest thing for me to do now? i would really appreciate any inputs here!
😂😂😂 it's electronic fault bad connectors Messing with the ECU values caussing it to go in to limp mode or clogged dpf caussing to much back pressure to the sensors 😂 easy
I’ve got a seat Leon 2 litre tdi 2018 keeps going into limp mode restart it it’s fine, had it checked for codes just the pressure sensor come back up got it changed still doing
at minutes 4:22 how is the name of this plastic connections to pressure sensor? during replacement glow plugs this plastic piece become broken. i can't find it on internet.
Hi Sandy. I have the same problem of glow plug flash and black smoke. 2-3 mechanics tried to clean EGR, change filters but i seem to be running around trying to find a fix. Pls help me here. What's the best solution 😭
Mine has the p023700 and goes into limp mode. My garage dont seem to know what the issue is but think that the sensor is built inside the turbo. Does anyone know what the issue is and what i need to do because im getting told to buy a new turbo which costs 1500 from the dealer.
Audi a6 2015 sline black edition. I did get a stage 1.5 remap done on it it and a dpf delete with a back box delete about a year ago not sure if this has anything to do with the fault code.
Was driving today and noticed the same symbol flashing (glow plug symbol)... and noticed loss of power when trying to get the car going 40 miles or more... it was struggling. Stopped, turned the car off and back on... the light disappeared and had no problem going 40, 50, 60 and 70 miles... Please someone advice, shall I get this checked/fixed? Had the car for 2 years first time I'm getting this symbol. And it's also been very cold last couple of days in England... My car is also due a service very soon... it's at 137,000 miles too. Can't really afford a huge bill atm :/ is this something serious? If the light did not come back on after turning car off and then off could it just be something very minor...? Thank you.
Mine failed on A6. but bringing yellow engine light on start up as in the same glow plug. But drives fine. Bought genuine online for £45. Euro car parts list them at over £200.

Any updates? i bought a new car from a dealer a4 2.0 tdi quattro, i got those warnings after 2 weeks of driving the car, just the same way you got it.

I buy a G31 every year or so....this is driving me mad.i always thought it was a wirrharness issue

You mean the pressure hoses?
How can I issue the problem with code P13D600?
I have changed all 4 glowe plugs but the engine warning light is not removed.
Has the car been remapped?
@@sandyande no, the car was not remapped. The glow plugs were only changed and no more.
@@sandyande Hi Sandy, does your scan tool allow for remapping? I have a smaller one but that's just allows me to see the fault codes and no remapping.

There is a known issue with those sensors sandy. They report incorrect pressure at near 100%load. I can send you the bulletin if you wish

What caused the issue, not very helpful posting the video without follow up on what caused the fault.
Autels way beter try cleaning the maf sensor in the intake pipe
