Both windows are down. Drivers window must be down to give hand signals for passing and track exit, passenger is down for when I had an instructor in the car. I need to tape over the mic, or rig up a secondary that isn't in the air stream.

the limp mode is called fail-safe mode which prevents the engine from working over 4400 rpm untill the engine cools down.

It was a BMW of some sort. I think an E36 M3, but I'm not positive.
