Great price for a moisturizer with some noteworthy ingredients. I’ve also tried ELF’s happy hydration and found the thicker cream more nourishing for my dry skin.
Holy Hydration was the first moisturizer I tried at the beginning on my skincare journey. It gave me a good impression of drug store skincare. Unfortunately not all other drugstore brands live up to ELF’ overall quality in my opinion. Great video.

I been using this for a while. I’m on my third jar. I like it on my evening routine. I double cleanse, use the Holy Hydration, let it dry down and apply Tretinoin, that’s it. I like to keep it simple.
I love this moisturizer! I'm constantly trying new ones but ELF holy hydration is a top favorite. Great ingredients, nice creamy texture, sinks in easily and is super affordable 💙👍
I LOVE this (I use the one with fragrance)! I have super dry, dehydrated, sensitive, eczema prone skin and it works amazingly well for me. I've tried so many moisturizers, and this is the closest dupe I've found to La Mer. It has a very similiar scent, feels almost identical on and gives similiar results. La Mer is a bit more dense and can be greasy.
Idk elf being made in China has always irked me to a degree… arent their regulations not very strict over quality control? I could be wrong..
I agree with you- I wish they manufactured their products in the US, probably a reason why they can be so affordable, but I'd also rather pay a bit more and know the employees that make the products are getting a fair wage, too.

Yeah...China isn't known for quality control. I'm not willing to take the risk with cosmetics made there. Not to mention the Uyghur situation.

Having extremely dry skin, I can get away with this one in the summer with all the feels facial oil either under or mixed in with this moisturiser. But as you said probably not for dry skin, however I do like the happy hydration cbd line from them which is more geared for dry skin I think.

I tried a couple of their products a long time ago ( I can't even remember the exact products ) but one was a moisturizer....it went into the trash lol Maybe their products have gotten better but what I got felt cheap and made my skin feel gross. I'd rather pay more and get a product that I love.
I have oily/normal skin and I love the holy hydration cream. I think its a great thickness but I can see it wouldn't be enough on it's own for very dry skin. I do have a rather large routine and it has never pilled on me. A pleasant experience overall! Great to see this review, thanks for talking about it. Always curious to see who stacks up against it in your comparisons.
Anyone using this fragrance free version and noticing a hint of fragrance? (My nose is super sensitive.) luckily, it doesn’t irritate my skin, but I do smell something. We’ll have to look up the ingredients on inci coder to see what could be responsible for scent.

I have tried the new formula of the CREAM and it's wonderful. The texture of it is the same as the original, very very thick and very hydrating. The main ingredient difference is they added petroleum and a few soothing ingredients. It's very nice! I'll definitely check out the other one you mentioned as well.
I always put my jar packaging in airless pump bottles when I get it. I just hate unscrewing caps and sticking fingers in it. I like what I use that much I don’t mind transferring it.
Very good idea to transfer it, I just hate messing with the jars.
@@NOBSBeauty I should have bought airless jars but o bought bottles. I have to use a shrynge to get it in. 😂😂😂. But since I only have to do that every 5 months or so it’s not bad.
